Despite the unfavorable aspects of the apartment, the stay was pleasant.
It is an updated apartment, simple and functional and close to the beach and air conditioning. Good for spending a few days near the beach.
It could have a cupboard to store the cleaning utensils and take more care of the cleaning of the kitchen items (Pots, plates and glasses). Put more glasses to drink water. The fear on the stairs caused by the neighbor and the noise in the street at certain times of the night. Clean the futon cover.

nice apartment, dissatisfied with the staff.
nice and clean. close to the beach and the city centre
the neighbors above had large plants with hashish and most likely smoked this from the window or roof terrace, so it smelled quite a bit. not happy with the staff who gave us the apartment. the bank terminal was out of power so had to pay in cash. he didn't have change so said he would come back with what he owed the next day. we did not get this back despite calling and messaging several times. internet was not working. gave notice on the first day, but was only fixed on day 4.

Cozy but very noisy at night
Location and size.
Bar street. They should at least notify before booking that there is a lot of noise at night.

Musty smell
The site location was central. Just painted
Room with a very strong musty smell. (No humidifier) Super tight staircase The apartment was not clean They would only leave 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 nights 4 people The apartment has a lot of mosquito nets.

Buena ubicación
Everything else is good. The location is great !!
3 adults and 1 child, some sheets and towels for cleaning. The man who slept on the fame couch did not have a blanket to cover. A bit musty smell.

Excellent location, small but comfortable and practical loft! although the access is rather ugly.
It took us a little time to pick up the keys, but Ariel was very punctual to pick them up and let us leave the loft later to make up for the wait, so we thought it was a nice touch. The loft has all the services, it is small but very family friendly, with air conditioning and everything you need for a week.
The only thing we liked was the access to the attic via a very narrow and steep staircase, the neighbor upstairs had a lot of folded fishing rods and buckets and arrived a little late at dawn but didn't make much noise.

Very nice central and comfortable place.
Close to the beach and in the very center of the same town. Available for excursions.
Hot water lasts only 3 minutes, and one person and another in the tavern need to wait 10 minutes for the tank to heat up. There were four of us.
