Buenas Tardes, We booked a 1 bedroom apartment which to our surprise turned out to be a loft without any room division. All furniture was unkempt, if not broken. The ad stated that the apartment had a coffee maker, iron, shower, lockers and everything you need for cooking. There was no coffee machine on arrival and upon mentioning this to the apartment manager the only thing he said to us was "sorry" without giving us any solution on this. In addition, the iron could not be used because water was leaking out of it. The screen in the shower was also broken and a lot of water was leaking out of it which made showering and toileting difficult and also meant the bathroom had to be cleaned afterwards. As for the wardrobe, it could not be used due to its size and instability, so we were not able to unpack our suitcases throughout the stay, which made it quite inconvenient. Finally, the kitchen was inaccessible, the wheels that regulated the fire came off so that the fire could continue, and you with the wheel that regulates it in your hand suggests a clear danger.
