Good value for money
Close to the beach and leisure areas, air conditioning and cleanliness.
Very old pans and saucepans. Everything sticks. A renovation would be good. It would also be good to find some water after the trip when you arrive and go out (so you don't have to buy a kilo)

Practical, good price and attention.
It is just like the photos. It was very clean and tidy, good location, everything worked perfect. Furthermore, the owner was punctual for delivery and collection of the keys and very friendly.
There is nothing not to like.

I would do it again!
The geographical location (not far from the beach or the Mercandino) as well as the equipment made available (crockery, kettle, outdoor dryer), overall, very comfortable and well-kept and quiet building.
The lack of heating and the painting of the room, it would be better to neutral colors, pale blue or beige, but never red or bright orange in a room. Lack of info about TV, but Friends residing in Spain told me that apart from piracy it was hard to get good programs.
