In principle distressing, for not being able to contact anyone who would pay attention to us. Then medium good.
The location is good, right in the center, although the smells from the various restaurants in the area are somewhat overwhelming.
They gave us a contact telephone number that no one answered and it caused us some anguish at not being able to talk to anyone. Only when looking at the last minute email did we see that we were told that the contact would be made by wassap. There we were able to find the correct directions to find the keys to the apartment. The accommodation lacks maintenance: the shower worked halfway and the door handle was broken and prevented us from opening the door. An attendant had to come to fix it so we could get in. We asked booking for help by phone and they sent us to a pay phone and the operator cut us off after a long wait, without resolving the problem.

The perfect location, we went with our Chihuahuas dogs and we were not charged any supplements for them. The attention of the perfect assistant and the attention of the spectacular hostess at all times pending on us by WhatsApp. Without hesitation we will settle here again.

Great value for money!
Super central location, close to the beach, the apartment is very clean and well maintained, very easy during check in, very good attitude from the owner, it was a great stay and at an unbeatable price. We will definitely repeat!

Wonderful holiday
We love this place...we were not the first time...and we will repeat again.
The only thing that happened to us both times... was... it was quite difficult to get the key out of the box, there were no trash bags and no toilet paper.

Nice apartment
Location was excellent, easy to get around by public transport, spacious apartment. Full value for money.
A bit problematic on late arrival, as we couldn't figure out how to open the key box, even though thorough instructions were included. Could have used two keys as we were a family of 5.

Didn't live up to good expectations
The apartment is generally good and very centrally located.
When we arrived the bathroom was being renovated. The toilet was not attached to the floor and moved, making it very inconvenient to use. Also lost water. The air conditioning in the living room didn't work, the TV in the room didn't work. There were very few kitchen utensils. We spoke to the owner on whatsapp and his first response was very cold, ignoring the problem. Later he recovered and offered to go check the bugs. In fact, the owner does not live there, he has a person who is familiar with housing. I would have liked to have been told there was a problem with the bathroom when booking. The situation is very good because it is central, but if you are coming by car you may have problems with parking as it does not have its own parking. You can go to the nearest car park but it closes at night. At the end you will find a parking lot, although you will have to drive around it a few times and it will not be near the apartment.

Comfortable apartment, air conditioned if required, very well located. The only downside was the noise from the neighbors, the TV was very loud until 3 or 4 am. (Some people don't know how to live in a community.) I recommend this apartment.

The apartment is in the very center of Torremolinos, so the whole center is close at hand, literally, and for the beach it is true that you have to walk, but in 9 minutes you are already there. It is true that there are several options to go to the beach, as there is an elevator that takes you to the beach or down the stairs (190 steps). I have to say that the steps are small and it doesn't cost anything to go down, they can be climbed too, although if you don't have a lift yet (it costs 0.50 cents per ride). So this apartment has it all, and in my opinion, I would rather be in the city center and then walk to the beach than stay in the area on the beach and have to climb every time I go downtown one evening. to drink. ... While my opinion about the place. As for the square. in itself, I must say that it has what is just and necessary. The main double bed is very comfortable, the rest are not very good but acceptable. Basic household appliances are available. I couldn’t put the air conditioner in the living room, I guess it didn’t work, but we did manage with the air conditioner in the bedrooms. Very large TV in the living room, spectacular. Handing over the keys was very comfortable, I arrived a little later, and there were no problems.

The cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. We also didn't have a host on arrival or departure, when we arrived there was a cleaning lady and she didn't speak Spanish.
