A very pleasant stay.
The spa, wonderful, everything super clean and very well cared for. The staff is very friendly, as well as the cafeteria service, reception etc... although it is on the outskirts of Teruel, it has a free mini bus service, a hoot. we will be back for sure!

Reasonable quality-price
The best without a doubt the Spa and the Migas restaurant. The room was also adequate, as was the bathroom, and we found the bed quite comfortable. friendly staff.
To say something, and although it is not a thing of the hotel; the noise that children usually make in the facilities (there are many, since the Spa has a dedicated children's area) and the location.

We have spent some fantastic days. The hotel is very designed for families, which is appreciated. Wonderful the Dino spa and the food. comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff. We will repeat!
At night after dinner, some children who came back to their room, ran and shouted down the corridor, disturbing the room a lot. It would be good if it was indicated or commented to the parents to avoid it.

What you ask of a hotel, nothing to highlight, neither good nor bad
Spacious and comfortable room. Plain and clean. Correct without great pretensions.
Old and totally collapsed chair. Vertical window opening is horrible and there is no locking position at all. Many small children having the Peque-Spa, you can hear them but they were not annoying to me, if you do not want any noise this is not your hotel.

Dress up and go back to the Middle Ages
I loved the costumes that they provided at reception so we could integrate into the medieval city during the lovers' festivities and the shuttle that brought us to the historic center and picked us up 24 hours a day during the entire weekend
It is a family hotel with children running through the corridors, and crying at night, I don't know if I touched a wall in the middle and the walls are very thin but I was looking forward to putting a pacifier on it.

I will repeat myself.
We went as a family and my 4 year old son loved the play area, the ball pool and tunnels and the hotel in general. Due to a family emergency we had to cancel the second night and change the schedule of the SPA. The management both by the hotel and by booking was excellent and we did not have to pay for the second night.
To put something the access to the SPA is very close to the reception area.

hotel located in an industrial estate. lonely, if you go out you will have to drive anywhere. The restaurant's children's menu is huge. a large plate of pasta or rice and for a second a pizza the size of a medium one from Telepizza. would have ok for 2 children, we asked first but were not told any of this, on the contrary, that the pizza was little more than a dessert plate. So we ordered 3 menus for 2 children of 7 and a 3-year-old. I upload food everywhere...

The hotel is very child friendly. The rooms are comfortable and quiet.
The only thing that is not worth it is the buffet, for the price you pay, the food is bad. The children's menu of battle and low quality, in addition to being cold. It is more worth it to dine in the cafeteria, you pay the same and the food is hot and of better quality.

Relax Teruel
I loved the dino spa, the activities for children (cinema, disco, pingpong, twister, cooking, blackboard, painting...) and the delicious hamburger in the restaurant.
There was no possibility of half board and the restaurant was always full and we had to take it to go. The breakfast and the buffet are a bit expensive to go with children and pay a place more. In addition, being in a polygon, it was a bit uncomfortable to take the car to go to dinner in Teruel and return, since parking in Teruel without paying is a bit complicated.

The attention of the staff and the family atmosphere. Very varied and good breakfast. The restaurant-cafeteria is very good, although they should have more vegetarian options.
The somewhat scarce play area, that there were no activities with a monitor. When you are a single parent family these things help a lot. I miss a gym, even if it is small.

Nice hotel away from the center
For what I was looking for, which was the right hotel to spend one night, it totally fulfilled the purpose. The hotel had other services (spa,...) that I did not use. The breakfast was perfect.
The location in an industrial area far from the center was the worst, but this aspect was not important to me on this trip.

Ideal for dynofinde
The facilities for the little ones are phenomenal, the cinema is very good with 2 films a day and only 3 screenings. The playroom is very complete and clean as is the rest of the hotel and the dinosaur spa is fun, 4 slides are very accessible for both kids and parents, we had a great time (10 euros per child x 30 mins, it can be expensive but it was Dinosaur Weekend!!! if you want to go diplodocus you have to pay :-))
The food at the buffet is ordinary, calamari like bones, big ribs with lots of fat... desserts are very good that there are no soft drinks, only water and wine.

We chose this accommodation because it had a spa and it was undergoing renovations that day and we couldn't use it. However the next day they opened but we couldn't that day. The air conditioner was noisy and not cold enough, but we were still able to have a good rest.

Disappointing
HetvSpa is great. The restaurant and bar are closed until 20:00, which is bad for those who arrive at 15:00. The hotel is located on the INDUSTRIAL SQUARE 3.5 km from Teruel, there is no opportunity to eat in the area. Absolutely not suitable for tourists who don't want to use the car to enjoy a drink on the terrace. The information on google is wrong.

The attention of the staff in general and the buffet is quite good, especially the dinner. The bus service to the city of Teruel is very convenient in terms of schedule, as well as very punctual and friendly girls who gave us a lift.
I think they should be given more attention and control over people who enjoy spas. When we attended (4/26/22) there were a few guys (3) who were in the hot tub type pool who were screaming a lot and also one of them had a can of beer he was drinking. Then 2 of them were thrown into the main or large pool, making a kind of splash and noise when falling into the water. I think that being an adult spa one should respect the calmness of the people who visit this event. Migas restaurant staff were not very friendly or attentive as if they were a hotel restaurant (buffet).

Our room (255) was very clean, spacious and equipped with a large hot tub which we appreciated.
The restaurant adjoining the hotel did not please us at all, I think we had two frozen dishes, and the value for money needs to be reviewed! We regretted not trying the dining/buffet offered by the hotel instead!

We went as a birthday present for my son so we could also go to Dinopolis and it was a fantastic option. The best thing is the Dino spa where my son had a great time!

If we return to Teruel we will repeat the hotel
Cozy and warm room. Large and comfortable bed. Very varied breakfast (toast with tomatoes or jam, pastries, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, cold cuts, cereal, coffee, cow's milk, soy or almonds, etc.). Parking next to the hotel but lit up all night so even though it's in a polygon 5 minutes from Teruel you don't feel isolated. Very complete and relaxing spa.
The fixed shower head was broken and the water was escaping from the side instead of flowing where it should. We used a different shower head that was in the shower and voila.

The rooms are very limited in price. It is located in a landfill on the outskirts. All the staff were quite dry, especially considering that this is a child friendly hotel; they let us see on several occasions that they were disturbing them with their noises. The hotel restaurant closes very early (we were invited to leave). I warned and booked earlier that we were going to use the kids spa and they didn’t warn us that they needed a hat and we had to buy it there, it would be a detail to do it to take it from home ...

Great for kids
The hotel itself surprised us in a good way; It is ideal for families with children, especially if they are taken to Teruel to enjoy the dinosaurs. The rooms are very clean, although the room facilities could be improved in many maintenance aspects; but the common areas are much newer and more well-kept. We enjoyed the games room for children, with a dinosaur twister, table football, blackboards, etc. Also from the free movie theater with 3 movie screenings a day; disco for children, etc. The Dinospa deserves a special mention, where my children enjoyed a lot! Also, if you don't want to go out there is a restaurant at the bottom and in the same place where they have the breakfast buffet they offer a buffet dinner for 15 euros per adult with a good variety of food and of very good quality, we had dinner there on Saturday and we thought that everything was very good. As it could not be otherwise, the buffet breakfast surprises with its variety and quality. In summary, if I were to take my children to Teruel again, I would repeat.
To say something... the worst thing is the location, it is not in Teruel city, but in an industrial estate on the outskirts and you need to take a car to get around; The reality is that Teruel is a small city and in 10 minutes you are there to walk in the center; also to move to go to Dinópolis, Albarracín, etc. and other p.i. In the surroundings of Teruel it is good to have the hotel outside the city to park and have the car at hand.

Acceptable hotel for a couple of nights to enjoy the spa after the motorcycle tour.
The spa service. They offered us free parking to store the motorcycles. They took us to the center of Teruel for free, taking advantage of a customer pick-up service. In addition, it seems that there was a problem with our reservation for the breakfast shift on Saturday and we were not signed up, but they offered us the possibility of having breakfast at the same time in another space with tables in the hotel (next to the hall), much quieter and isolated from the dining room.
Dining room too crowded during breakfast, giving the impression of exceeding a reasonable level of capacity for anti-covid-19 measures. We appreciated being able to have breakfast near the hall on Saturday!

The spa and the massage by Rosa, would repeat every day.
You could hear the neighbors in the adjoining room and at 7 we were all awake.
