Casa Catalina

Casa Catalina is a gem, beautifully equipped and furnished with great attention to detail. It's great that you can buy oranges and lemons in the garden. Absolutely brilliant location, high above Soller. However, if you want to go up there, you must be able to drive, the access road is narrow and the turns are difficult. The owner is to be commended. He immediately reacted when the hot water boiler failed. The agency also made an honest effort to always keep us updated on the status of the repairs. Due to the lack of a spare part and the subsequent installation of a new device, we unfortunately had to take cold showers for several days. The payment of the two nights made for this reason was also easy.

Perspectives. Orange and lemon trees in the garden. Upon arrival, there was 1 bottle of cava in the refrigerator and several bouquets of flowers were laid out. There was a large vase of oranges and lemons on the table. 3 terraces are furnished and have a magnificent view.

The house is located on a hill with beautiful views of the valley and the village. It can be accessed by a narrow, very steep and winding road and there is a private car park right in front of the house. It is highly recommended to arrive in the afternoon if you are not familiar with local conditions. Luckily we were accompanied by a very friendly lady from the real estate agency. The house is also set in a beautiful garden with lemon, tangerine and orange trees. The cabin was in very good condition, lovingly and very tastefully furnished, with a bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine at the ready. The kitchen was well equipped.
