Room key must be handed in every time you want to leave the house. Apparently the reason was that there was only one key available. Furthermore, our room was overdue, loose handle, card holder also fell constantly. The bath had limited hot water. Our room had a balcony, very spacious but very overdue full of pigeon droppings and rubbish, sadly nothing like a chair or the like to relax on. The pool on the third floor was full of green mold and was unusable. Breakfast was reasonable, but would have been nice if there was some variety.

I liked everything, if I go back to Seville I would definitely choose this hotel as my first solution.

That they asked us for a credit card as a deposit and that is not specified when the reservation is made. We refuse to leave the data. And for breakfast you have to sign up at a certain time and you only have half an hour. For a buffet breakfast, that seems like a short time to me.

We found the Soho Boutique Sevilla to be a very good hotel, nice, clean, with a good location to walk around the city. Cozy breakfast, with a little of everything. The lovely staff. All perfect. I don't know what the itaca hotel will be like, but of course, the Soho boutique is highly recommended.

The room had a single window and it overlooked an interior patio (an Andalusian patio) through which hotel guests passed. The window had a shutter but no curtain, so if you left the shutter open you were showing the room to the outside, and if you closed the shutter you got basic privacy but you had to turn on the light and it felt like you were in a basement. Since we only went to the room at night to sleep, what was said did not affect us, but it was shocking.

The cleaning of the room left a little to be desired, although not at the beginning but when I left the sign to make the room.

The typical side of the hotel is its charm, a slight inconvenience would be the lack of an opening/window to the outside. This is not a problem for 4/5 days, it may be for a longer period.

Rooms for renovation

Reception on arrival: we were not looked after for 20 minutes. Broken sun loungers and torn and dirty mattresses by the pool. We would have preferred freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast over "tangu", especially in the south of Spain. No double glazing; we "won" off the revelers for a good part of the night.

The parkin you arranged is a bit far from the hotel and if you are coming for a couple of days it is worth making arrangements with them but if you are coming for at least 5 days the same parkin has bonuses which are much cheaper

The hotel charges 20 euros per day for a dog and DOES NOT GIVE YOU ANYTHING, NO PLATES to drink water at 40°, I found it awful. The breakfast was ok, but the scrambled eggs were inedible. The bathroom could be improved, it was difficult to get cold water.

The window was overlooking the patio and tables, so it was impossible to open it to get natural light.

The rooftop pool is nice but too small. not enough equipment on the terrace if there are people. The bedroom of the couple who traveled with us had no hair dryer and no window to the street.

The pool is only 90 cm deep and the pool is only 3m x 3m (much smaller than it appears in the photos). The water in the pond is not always very clean. Service. Water leak from toilet 4 nights and never fixed. The safe didn't work and we reported it and they said they'd come fix it but never came for 5 days and didn't tell us anything. The patio is very beautiful, but unfortunately very noisy, when customers talk loudly, it echoes throughout the building.

I didn't notice the TV facing the door... you couldn't see it from the bed or the couch. the phone was out of order. the air conditioning too. too much noise too early.

Some noise from the cistern and noise from some of the rooms, but with kids and on vacation it's ok.
