location
lack of a bar area and the swimming pool closed when we arrived although it was open on April 1
Perfect place
hotel style
Breakfast room too small compared to the number of rooms. or half an hour per room for lunch because several services. highly unpleasant.

Treatment of staff
hotel very well located and its setting is very typical Spacious and comfortable room. Pleasant and attentive staff A good address
Very central, everything within walking distance. The staff was very nice and gave helpful tips.
A bit difficult to reach by car.
great location perfect for visiting the center of Seville. Anyway comfortable bed and cozy rooms.
the rooms are completely without soundproofing and facing the internal courtyard you can hear everything. the rooms were dirty especially the bathroom. the 109 if you go there has a brown halo on the headboard of the bed.
very nice hotel in the middle of the old town, great location!!! Breakfast cheap but very good!
Perfect breakfast, good bedding, friendly staff, very pretty and very typical patio, perfect neighborhood location.
Very noisy street side room on Saturday evening when people pass at the foot of the building and they talk without restraint.
Excellent treatment and very clean room, in addition to a very good location.
There is nothing to look at.
Extremely beautiful equipment

Do not have breakfast
I have tried to talk to you. After making the reservation, when we arrived at the destination they sent us to another hotel. We stayed an hour to access this second hotel because it was in the center and we didn't know how to get there. Once we got in, they told us that there were humidity problems and we They send us to a third hotel. It's hard for us to get to it since downtown Seville is horrible to enter. When we arrive at the third hotel, I don't like it at all. It's not the type of hotel I want. So they spoiled my weekend .
The location is fine. Very centrally located for both the historic sites and shopping area of the city. Staff is friendly and helpful. Neatly maintained hotel. Bathroom is fine.
You should agree on a breakfast time the day before you eat breakfast. Breakfast is 30 minutes maximum. So you can't spontaneously eat at a different time. There is no connection to the outside air from the bedroom. (On the bathroom) There is a window, but that has the connection to the hall. So you can't open the window without people passing by looking inside.
perfect location,
Excellent hotel and spectacular town!
Nothing
The location was central so ideal when visiting and doing everything on foot. The staff are lovely.
The hotel is noisy, it is unbearable. 0 sound insulation plan a pair of earplugs if you want to sleep
It's very pretty and very well located.
They forgot to make the room for us, and the worst thing is that they are interior rooms, feeling like a bunker.
Location, environment, cleanliness
public parking nearby, but very expensive (70€ for 3 days).
location and service
any
The very welcoming structure in Sevillian style, the excellent location very close to the center and to all the attractions. Very kind staff. Emilio night receptionist, an extremely kind, professional and nice person.
The minimal breakfast buffet is not assorted. The cleanliness is not excellent, the terrace outside our room is indecent. Dirty and poorly maintained.
The room faced directly into the entrance hall and you could hear everything, especially at breakfast
It is all very new and welcoming, in the center of Seville.
In my case I arrived by car The parking is inconvenient, it is not 800 m away but when you arrive you have to find a place for the car near the hotel, which being in the center and super difficult, I had to leave my daughter in the car, so if the police arrive she goes could communicate with them then I ran to check in and request the card for the parking I had booked, then I ran to the car, returned to the center to find the parking they had assigned me, unloaded my suitcases and walked 800m back to the hotel when i checked out it was the same I had to take my luggage to the car park, bring the car near the hotel leave the card and take the 10 euro deposit I had left and run back to the car for those traveling there by car there is a paid parking much closer to the hotel, I don't know why the hotel has an agreement with the other which is further away, but it will certainly be an option if I go there next time
Location, friendliness of staff, cleanliness....
Very well located in relation to the historic center and very close to the Metropol Parasol Las Setas. Spacious room.
The alley a little noisy but alley in the historic center so normal...
We liked everything very much. Breakfast was average. The breakfast area was small.
The place to have breakfast that was small.
The location and breakfast
The hotel is very beautiful inside. The facilities are great. The bed is formidable and huge. Very good location. I recommend it without a doubt.
A quiet location, close to everything.
No window in the bedroom! Claustrophobic abstain... It was way too hot and there was no way to turn on the air conditioning. The toiletries are already started...
Beautiful hotel right in the center. Walk out of the hotel and plenty of eating and drinking options. Tourist attractions within walking distance.
Parking. There is no place nearby to park the car to get a ticket for the parking garage.
Its location in the heart of Seville with restaurant and mercado nearby. The trendy decoration.
The fact of giving a precise schedule for breakfast and the terrace/pool area which was not fitted out despite the 22 degrees. Too bad when you want to read and rest in the sun in the middle of February.
It was very well located, one minute from the Setas de Sevilla. The bedroom was very spacious
There was no stopper in the bathtub, to be able to take a bath. What's more, we had to shower with cold water since there was no way to get it hot. The floor of the room was not very clean, you walked barefoot and you saw how your feet were getting blacker and blacker... We went up to the upper terrace to see the views, and it is poorly maintained, some broken tiles, the outside staircase also had some loose steps...
The hotel was very original in an old palace with a beautiful courtyard. Everything went together perfectly in terms of looks. It is very clean throughout the hotel. The decor of the room is good and the bathroom was relatively large.
location was very pleasant, just outside the hustle and bustle but easily accessible to the city.
Room key must be handed in every time you want to leave the house. Apparently the reason was that there was only one key available. Furthermore, our room was overdue, loose handle, card holder also fell constantly. The bath had limited hot water. Our room had a balcony, very spacious but very overdue full of pigeon droppings and rubbish, sadly nothing like a chair or the like to relax on. The pool on the third floor was full of green mold and was unusable. Breakfast was reasonable, but would have been nice if there was some variety.
position
unclosable window
Hotel Itaca exceeded my and my fiancée's expectations. Very very nice and enjoys a special position. In a few steps you can find yourself in the major works of the city. Really excellent bed, super spacious bathroom with every comfort, breakfast prepared to perfection, really special.
I liked everything, if I go back to Seville I would definitely choose this hotel as my first solution.
The comfort of the bed.
That they asked us for a credit card as a deposit and that is not specified when the reservation is made. We refuse to leave the data. And for breakfast you have to sign up at a certain time and you only have half an hour. For a buffet breakfast, that seems like a short time to me.
Location, building and friendliness of the staff
The room was poorly soundproofed, a lot of noise was heard from the interior patio
Fantastic staff and perfect location.
The room was very clean but had bare wires hanging from the ceiling. On the weekend from 9 in the morning until late in the afternoon, noise from drills and people
bed
nothing
I can't speak about this hotel, because it was under construction on the date of our trip, so they referred us to the Soho Boutique Sevilla.
We found the Soho Boutique Sevilla to be a very good hotel, nice, clean, with a good location to walk around the city. Cozy breakfast, with a little of everything. The lovely staff. All perfect. I don't know what the itaca hotel will be like, but of course, the Soho boutique is highly recommended.
Location
The room had a single window and it overlooked an interior patio (an Andalusian patio) through which hotel guests passed. The window had a shutter but no curtain, so if you left the shutter open you were showing the room to the outside, and if you closed the shutter you got basic privacy but you had to turn on the light and it felt like you were in a basement. Since we only went to the room at night to sleep, what was said did not affect us, but it was shocking.
LOCATION
The excellent treatment of staff. In fact, one of the nights there were problems with the boiler and hot water was not coming out and the girl even offered to heat water and bring it up for me if she wanted... all super good people.
The cleaning of the room left a little to be desired, although not at the beginning but when I left the sign to make the room.
the situation in the tourist area. The comfort of the bedroom. the hearty breakfast
we hated the situation (room number 1 on the ground floor). it is placed just behind the reception (1 meter). you could hear everything going on at the reception. In addition, the room does not have an exterior window. The only window overlooks the receptionist's back.
We booked at very short notice. Friendly staff! We have 2 small dogs and had to pay an additional €15 per dog. The hotel itself has charm, great inner courtyard, the rooms are large and beautiful. The bathroom is a bit dated, nostalgic, but clean and functional. Definitely recommended.
That dogs cost 15€ extra. No parking.
Room location and size
It was attached to the dining room and was a bit noisy at breakfast time.
unbeatable location friendly staff
The unbeatable location, right in the center right next to the Plaza de la Encarnación. The staff is very friendly, especially Samuel, who from the moment we arrived was very friendly, a great professional. The free buffet breakfasts are very complete, nothing was missing. The interior patio of the beautiful house and the huge room. They also allowed us the dog... With what you can't ask for more.
The room is very large and comfortable. The staff is very friendly, especially the guy at the reception (he showed us good places to go and he was very kind). The breakfast is very complete and varied, with products from the land.
The location to be able to leave the car. We left the car in the Parking de la Concordia (in front of the English Court). 5 minutes from the hotel there is the Imagen car park. It is so central that it is difficult to find the hotel because it is in an alley that the car does not enter.
Good location and friendly and helpful staff
Timed breakfast is very annoying
proximity to everything Very good bedding
the flush that flows continuously drop by drop the non-watertight shower door that floods the bathroom noise at any time the contents of the paid mini-bar and the prices not indicated
The ubication. Samuel the receptionist, super friendly and helpful, recommended a lot of restaurants and tapas bars. After our stay in Seville we went to Sanlucar, Samuel made the hotel reservation for us and also made the restaurant reservation for us... really, very very attentive.
Well located, clean and excellent personal treatment
Perfect location and very nice internal patio aesthetic look
The room only has a window overlooking the internal courtyard (patio) and there is no air: if you remember to turn on the air conditioning before going out, there is no problem otherwise there is really no air
the location and how intimate it is
everything is perfect
The attention was very good, it was clean and in an excellent location. very close to parking.
everything is fine
Very well equipped field
Swimming pool closed without my knowing it when booking Noisy hotel, it resonates inside
the spaciousness of the room and the silence
should improve the pool and hammocks
The location ... 20 minutes walk from everything even from the train station. Train for Cordoba and Cadiz. Very easy! Quiet 2 minutes from the place du mercado de la incarnation ... taxi stop ... restaurants ... shops ... entertainment! A warm welcome, great availability. A typical place with its colors its patio and its view from the roofs... Self-service breakfast ... The little cafe on the patio before going for a walk ... perfect.
The room on the ground floor on the patio has its charm but is perhaps a little noisy in the morning from 7am... Late in the evening the indelicate customers are to blame... It remains a detail. Rest is on the way.
perfect location, close to historical monuments and restaurants. Very clean and very friendly staff.
The only problem is that at night you can hear a lot of noise from people passing by shouting, singing late at night.
real orange juice
The quality of bread and pastries
Very nice hotel with Andalusian architecture, in the historic center! Very good location.
Old bathroom. Not very good soundproofing.
the welcome and friendliness of the staff. the location of the hotel in the historic center of Seville. Breakfast quality for three stars
maybe the air conditioning needs to be improved
Perfect breakfast Perfect welcome Cleanliness Hotel character
The pool… which is more like a kids pool! Mattresses of inhospitable sun loungers!
central location close to main tourist sites friendly staff
1st bedroom overlooking the patio, so there is no way to leave the window open 2nd bedroom is much more comfortable at our request additional accommodation over 200 euros per night, which I think is prohibitive for this hotel everything is noisy, but we are in Spain...
Typical hotel very well located for walking around the city. Perfect breakfast. Very friendly and always available staff.
The typical side of the hotel is its charm, a slight inconvenience would be the lack of an opening/window to the outside. This is not a problem for 4/5 days, it may be for a longer period.
Great central location for visiting Seville, very helpful and welcoming staff, great breakfast, nice rooms
Rooms for renovation
Ideal location. Magnificent patio. Room size.
Reception on arrival: we were not looked after for 20 minutes. Broken sun loungers and torn and dirty mattresses by the pool. We would have preferred freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast over "tangu", especially in the south of Spain. No double glazing; we "won" off the revelers for a good part of the night.
location cleanliness welcome
it doesn't take long to wake up a little aging decor
Everything was just great: lovely staff, very nice and rich breakfast, the location is perfect for walking and the hotel is very authentic, we loved it. the pool is also noticeable in hot weather! We recommend this hotel without hesitation.
There is nothing we didn't like, it's excellent value for money.
Location, staff, environment
No shelter for the night
The location is perfect, ideal for visiting all the sights on foot, no need to take a car, you can walk to all sights on foot.
The parkin you arranged is a bit far from the hotel and if you are coming for a couple of days it is worth making arrangements with them but if you are coming for at least 5 days the same parkin has bonuses which are much cheaper
The air conditioner worked very well, which is very important in summer. The location is excellent. All sights of the historic center can be reached on foot. The pool is small but comfortable.
The hotel charges 20 euros per day for a dog and DOES NOT GIVE YOU ANYTHING, NO PLATES to drink water at 40°, I found it awful. The breakfast was ok, but the scrambled eggs were inedible. The bathroom could be improved, it was difficult to get cold water.
Spacious room, clean and with everything you need, helpful staff and always ready to help you. Very good value for money
Spacious room in a beautiful hotel, very atmospheric decoration of the room and everything is designed in the same style. There was enough shampoo, gel and lotion, soap. There was a safe and a nice big closet. There was a small refrigerator. The air conditioner worked well, but we turned it off because it was not hot in the room. We didn't go to the pool. Allowed to leave luggage after check out
The window was overlooking the patio and tables, so it was impossible to open it to get natural light.
Ideal location. The staff is upstairs. A very beautiful hotel. Comfortable bedding Hearty breakfast
The pool is really small. There are very few loungers. soundproofing
Charming hotel and matches the photos. Comfortable beds and spacious room. Ideal Location
The room is not very bright
The establishment is very well suited for visiting Seville on foot. nice staff welcome pets.
Aging hotel: furniture and general appearance. Cleanliness in the rooms should be monitored: dust on the furniture and dirt on the floor, which should not be cleaned every day. The rooftop pool is nice but too small. not enough equipment on the terrace if there are people. The bedroom of the couple who traveled with us had no hair dryer and no window to the street.
Decoration, cleanliness, kindness, tranquility. Out of ten, it's worth it
The pool on the terrace is too small and very hot, not suitable for a terrace.
typical structure and architecture
pool
Location close to city center, how cool was the room when we arrived (it was terribly hot) and the friendliness of the lady who received us
We came enthusiastically to take a dip in the pool, and when we got to it, we were disappointed, the water was super dirty. We don't swim. I hope they take better care of her.
Centrally located, good breakfast, nice and helpful staff, large room, various shops and restaurants nearby
Room without a window (but the reason is a good price)
comfortable room with air conditioning. private restroom. good breakfast is included in the room price. The pool is small, but nice to relax. Very good location for visiting the city
nothing good value for money
Location on a small quiet street, close to everything. Large pleasant room. The rooftop pool is not huge but ok.
Oddly bad soundproofing or is it because of the noisy neighbors last night with a barking dog... The pool is closed one day.
Top location Room very clean and spacious Very friendly staff Small optional roof top pool
The pool was a little dirty
Everything was perfect, the staff is attentive and helpful, smiling. The breakfast is varied and plentiful and the location is upstairs, close to everything. Recommended 😍
Ras (The pool is small 😏)
Bedding, decor and location
Cleanliness of shower and faulty shower head
Good location, clean rooms
-
The staff is very accessible and very friendly. The location is perfect to visit, everything is within 20 minutes walk maximum, it's perfect.
The pool is only 90 cm deep and the pool is only 3m x 3m (much smaller than it appears in the photos). The water in the pond is not always very clean. The rooms are not well insulated in terms of noise, we hear everything that happens in the neighboring rooms and also in the central hall which resonates a lot.
Location
spring beds
the architecture of the hotel, the patio and its decoration, the doors of the very nice rooms, the location in the very center of the city, the "pool" is of course very small, ms, it helps well with the temperatures that we could have and the choice for breakfast
we had 1 first contact with 1 person who barely greeted us and seemed annoyed but had a transfer with his colleague for the day and night who took care of our arrival and who luckily was charming…!
typical Arabic architecture, large bathroom, swimming pool, air conditioning in the room, main attractions within walking distance, refilled jacuzzi and daily change of towels.
room a bit dusty, very expensive breakfast (12 euros per person), swimming pool only open 12-21 never in the morning.
The atmosphere and charm of this hotel
the room is not bright enough. the window is too small
The location of the hotel is great! Large room with full balcony. Everything in the room was
The door to the balcony was broken, so it was left ajar. The window in the bedroom was broken. Also, the shower is a bit dated, but with some fiddling it goes well.
location
nothing
Everything is fantastic (central location, very nice and typical structure, comfortable and clean rooms) except the pool, a bit small and too crowded.
The pool is not the best, but still ok for the price paid, that's a plus.
Pool, staff, large comfortable beds and mattresses, air conditioning.
Having to go through a payment platform other than Booking which meant I had to pay twice. I got my money back but it caused stress before leaving
Location and price
The receptionist who accompanied us both at check-in and check-out was rude and stuffy. She didn't say hello or goodbye, the key told us to take it to the dining room because she was there, instead of going to the reception and suitcases, she told us to leave it in the locker without touching any one, as if he was going to catch some disease. It does not serve to be in front of the public.
bedrooms
pool
room size, swimming pool, charm of place, location
Bathroom door that doesn't close well and makes a lot of noise, but above all the problem with our air conditioner that cuts out regularly and the incessant hum in the room, the staff came to the rescue but nothing changed. We expected more with 3 stars.
The person is very friendly. And the pool is small but perfect in hot weather. The interior of the hotel is very beautiful and very well located.
Room number 4 should not exist. It is next to the place where everyone eats. So if you want to get some sleep it's too noisy. In my opinion, there is not enough kettle and tea.
Seville is a fantastic city with a lot to offer. Hotel Itaca is right next to las Setas de Sevilla, and all the taxi drivers know it and a clear landmark for you if you're walking around. The hotel serves a gin breakfast and the staff are very friendly and service oriented. Seville is a big city, and when the temperature is 43, the GPS function on the phone can stop working. Bring a paper map! My 85-year-old mother lost her way and staff contacted the police for me, thankfully mum found out in the end but it was nice to feel that there was help from the nice staff.
There are those who might dislike the fact that the room lacks windows or a balcony, but the heat here means that opening windows or sitting on, for example, a balcony is usually out of the question.
Location. Installations.
We were only covered with sheets. There was no blanket, so we had to turn off the air conditioner at night. The emergency lights went off several times during the night. woke us up
very nicely decorated, quiet, close to the city center
too hot on the roof where the pool is (something normal with 34°)
Location, room size. Swimming pool. The friendliness and availability of the staff
The accommodation was really very good, especially the location and the small roof top pool was great.
location
the fact that there are streaks of laundry on the landings
Price location and staff
Small pool, bathroom not optimal, sink a bit clogged
The pool is really perfect after a whole day of walking, wonderfully relaxing.
There is no daylight in the rooms which looks a bit gloomy but you get used to it.
We appreciated the availability of the staff and their responsiveness, the breakfast buffet is really good. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. The pool is a real plus in summer
The french window overlooking the balcony is too hard to open/close, we didn't use the balcony but it wasn't too serious.
The beauty of the building, the Andalusian courtyard.
The room had a very small window overlooking the wall.
nice hotel, very good for visiting Seville
we had a room on the first floor and it was quite noisy
Hotel location, reception 24 hours a day
Our room was on the first floor in the courtyard, the windows overlooked the courtyard, so the shutters did not open. The pool is really small.
Nice interior, large room, tastefully decorated. Hotel with charm in the city center. Good staff.
The mattress could have been better and during breakfast the room smelled of food.
very clean and very friendly staff
room with no window to the street breakfast which was nothing special with lots of industrial products (pains au chocolat, croissants, orange juice, honey…)
great location, big and clean room!
no parking, swimming pool a bit small
perfect location
The location and attention of the staff.
One of the beds had a 90 on base 80 mattress and there were a few mosquitoes in the room when we arrived.
Location and staff
That you heard too much through the walls, any quiet noise was heard as if it were inside the room
The location is good, in the center of Seville in a good area.
There was no outside light in the rooms.
The location is great
Service. Water leak from toilet 4 nights and never fixed. The safe didn't work and we reported it and they said they'd come fix it but never came for 5 days and didn't tell us anything. Had they offered us a safe at the reception. The phone also does not work to communicate with the receptionist. Pretty arrogant afternoon boy.
The location is perfect, at the foot of the Setas (Mirador umbrella) and within walking distance of the main places to visit; you couldn't ask for more central. The breakfast buffet is varied (savory and sweet) and plentiful, it's nice to be able to enjoy the beautiful patio. The rooms are very good, the bathroom is spacious. The staff is very available and happy to provide you with information (one of the members speaks French, which is welcome).
The patio is very beautiful, but unfortunately very noisy, when customers talk loudly, it echoes throughout the building.
Ideal location away from the hustle and bustle of the city. lovely staff. We had a very spacious family room
bathroom could be updated
Ideal location for visiting the city. Lots of restaurants nearby. Large selection for breakfast.
the employees, friendliness and availability with everything. the location - perfect.
I didn't notice the TV facing the door... you couldn't see it from the bed or the couch. the phone was out of order. the air conditioning too. too much noise too early.
location of the hotel near the historical center. Consultations of specialists at the reception.
Very large room with balcony overlooking the street
The rooms and bathroom are phenomenal except for a little water noise from the cistern. The price is just right and the location is unbeatable.
Some noise from the cistern and noise from some of the rooms, but with kids and on vacation it's ok.
