We would have liked to have been informed that the room was right next to an old building under construction, since there was noise at certain times and we could not open the curtains because we had the bricklayers 2 meters away. Finally, the elevator crashed when going down and it was very unpleasant, both the noise and the shock that you noticed, at first it scared me.

There is barrier-free access for people with disabilities, there is also a bathroom for this, but access to the terrace is not barrier-free. I don't rely on it, but I noticed it anyway.

The sink was too small, you couldn't wash a large dish well, the water ran out everywhere. The apartment is much more comfortable and more complete than the penthouse. The most uncomfortable attic bed in my opinion, and for the sofa bed there were no pillows, just a blanket.
