After discussing this with the owner, he changed the listing and now claims that the pools are paid, although he continues to appear as an apartment with a pool. It is absolutely impossible to park nearby. There were cockroaches in the kitchen every night. There is a water treatment plant in front of the terrace, which never ceases to make noise. The sewer smell is unbearable. It looks like a luxury apartment in an idyllic location. This is not true. This is an ordinary apartment, part of a group of houses with no common areas, accessed through small, completely abandoned streets full of dirt, in which plants grow uncontrollably, and neighbors even take out furniture and leftover things. above.

The beds in the master bedroom were a bit hard and we did miss 1 daybed ;)

Too bad the pool is closed.
