Clean and well-kept hotel. It is worth renting a room with a terrace. It can be hot in the morning because the windows face south. Uncrowded beach 30 minutes from the hotel by bus. The restaurant offers good meals, I recommend the Spanish ham and egg soup and baked potatoes with local sauces.

As for cleaning, everything was very clean and they left plenty of towels (in addition to gel and shampoo, which they left for us in the shower). The hotel is located in a very good area (beautiful, lively, in the heart of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, so very easy to get around on foot) and also accessible by public transport. The room was not very big, but we chose the one with a terrace, and it was very pleasant to sit there. There was a bathroom with a shower, a closet, a TV, a desk with a chair, and a decent but not the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. On the other hand, the housekeeping was good and the breakfast was very rich, it had almost everything and it was a buffet.

The first time all my expectations were met, but the second time the truth is not. It was important for my rest to sleep on the optimal mattress and go to the hospital the next day for a checkup, but I had a pretty bad time. I understand that I could not be provided with the number I requested in my request as it was busy, but I suggested that it be at least equivalent. This was not the case because the room they gave me had the disadvantages I mentioned.
