An idyllic awakening by the sea
The location is very good because it has the charm of being right on the sea. The sound of the sea is relaxing in the morning but at night it is a bit terrifying.
The windows do not insulate much and are not very arranged for the area in which the house is located. Also, the door to enter the apartment is very difficult to open, it has given us some scares during our stay.

A cozy, quiet stay with incredible views.
I liked the accommodation in general, very well equipped and with many things, what it is like to live in a house, it had coffee, salt, sugar, spices, the essential things if you are going to stay for a short time. Also quite clean and everything very well organized. The host was quite attentive and friendly, he resolved all our doubts at the moment, I would highly recommend it if you like to go to disconnect with the sea literally next door and with your friends and/or family.
Despite how good it seemed to us, the only negative would be that a window is missing in the room and in the morning a lot of light enters, otherwise everything was perfect.

everything is old and a bit broken, bad seats. in good weather it's ok, but when we arrived there was a strong wind. in the gate at the front door you need to get the key to the safe. sea water splashes around the ears.

A real holiday in a small village
We liked the location as the house was so close to the sea. Many restaurants and shops are about 2 km away.
There is nothing we didn't like.

A great stay, I would love to repeat.
It's hard to live closer to the ocean, unless you're on a submarine. The ocean was sometimes right under the windows, and it happened that it even looked inside the building. It made me happy, my wife didn't.
It would be useful to replace the sofa in the living room, it would also be good to equip the kitchen with crockery and cutlery. Windows and door locks need repair or replacement. Dangling electrical wires in the living room also do not encourage.

A wonderful experience in the heart of the ocean
You can't live closer to the ocean. A truly cosmic location. When you are in Tenerife you have to experience something like this. The waves splash at home. Of course, you can feel salt and moisture in the air, but the view and roar of the ocean compensates for everything. The roar sometimes woke me up at night but also put me to sleep wonderfully. We sincerely recommend. Grill available, next to the beach (rocky), the car can be parked nearby.

GREAT WEEK AT THE SEA
Wonderful views from the house, you are literally right into the sea. On the upstairs terrace you can enjoy breakfast overlooking the sea or read a book in the afternoon. And the large barbecue area where you can dine is not windy and there is a lot of games. Also the attention of a very attentive and helpful owner. In short, a great place.

Great location, superior accommodation
The location is incredible, almost above the sea.
The premises could be much better and much cleaner. We understand that sea saltpeter is inevitable, but there were things that could be better. The refrigerator had a very unpleasant smell.

Good
Location of the house, proximity to the ocean !!! Its own inner territory! BBQ area! Roof balcony with great views! Private beach access! It is convenient to get there by car.
We did not see the owners or the staff at all. We lived for 7 days, no one came. Bed linen was not changed, cleaning was not done. Window with a gorgeous view, I had to wash it ourselves on arrival.

An ideal place for those who do not require luxury, but appreciate the ocean and the absence of other people.
The location is literally by the sea. This has its drawbacks mentioned in other comments. It is true that water pours into the house if the windows are not closed, especially at high tide; sand is everywhere; the laundry doesn't dry completely and the sound of the waves crashing against the stones in the early days interferes with sleep, but it also has an unforgettable charm that you can fall in love with. You don't need to leave your home to enjoy the smell and sounds of the ocean. The salt water spray floats in the air (you can feel the salt settling on your skin) which cured my heavy cough I came with. The area is very quiet, even lonely. The nearby industrial enterprises do not bother, mainly wholesalers. There are no problems with parking in the adjacent parking lot. There is a well stocked and inexpensive hypermarket a short drive away (a lot of gluten free products are important to me).
Paint peels off from the ceiling and in some places there is probably a fungus (gypsum swells) - it requires urgent painting. This is the only thing that owners can improve. Some of the things outside their control that other travelers might not like are the age of the house, the industrial area nearby, the nature of the estate (for ordinary residents, not tourists, which means there are no attractions on the territory except the ocean itself). To get here, you need to rent a car - this is not Santa Cruz de Tenerife (contrary to the description), but Candelaria, located about 20 km from the capital of the island. The town is tiny, quiet and beautiful, but still pretty far from Santa Cruz if you don't have a car, which isn't the default for everyone. At the end of the day, I love this place and I will come back again and again.

Great location, cleanliness and facilities could certainly be improved.
Great location, right by the sea, beautiful roof terrace.
The refrigerator was dirty and smelled strongly of fish. After three attempts by the homeowner to clean the refrigerator, it smelled strongly of chlorine-containing cleaning agent and could still only be used to a limited extent.
