Nice apartment not too far from the city center
Large apartment, very clean
Some equipment could be added like a "real" coffee machine, shower gel for example

Very nice. The advantages far outweigh the disadvantages.
Beautiful location, large and clean apartment, friendly host, good wifi. Great restaurants nearby and a beautiful park. Easily accessible by car and you can leave the city in no time to explore the island.
The beds were small and quite hard. it gets warm quite quickly in the apartment. The windows can be opened, but then you can hear the traffic and from half past five also a few roosters in the area.

Stay in Tenerife
Quiet, clean, comfortable and spacious apartment, in a quiet area and quite close to the city center, which can be easily reached on foot, going down towards the sea. Free parking along the nearby streets, if you are lucky even near the house. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Tenerife.

nice apartment but without taking care of its guests
It is an apartment that is new, spacious and very nice. Everything very clean. Good ubication.
The few details for the guest. We arrived on a Saturday at 10 pm with everything closed and upon arrival we saw that we did not even have basic things such as: gel, hand soap, shampoo, salt, sugar, water or coffee (there is a bottle but it is empty). We found it quite sad to arrive at an apartment to stay for 5 days and have to worry about details like these. Also in the advertisement for the apartment it says that it has a terrace but there isn't, it's a very large window.

Elegant apartment in the central area
The apartment is undoubtedly very nice, quiet and elegant. Very bright, it is perceived that the structure has been recently renovated and everything is new and functional. Nothing is missing and it is a pleasure to spend days in this suite. The location is very good a stone's throw from the Garcia Sanabria Park and the historic center. The auditorium area can also be easily reached on foot. The area is quiet and served by a connection to the public transport service. There are supermarkets nearby.
The toilet did not fill enough water and the flushing is very poor. This, as you can imagine, created some discomfort for us. Indeed, it is surprising that a suite as described has overlooked a detail like this....

it was very clean and spacious. the owner was easy to reach via whatsapp and really wanted to help you with any questions you had.
the only thing missing was a trash can on the toilet, but I immediately passed this on to the owner and she would take it with her.

Tiptop would stay here again
New kitchen and bath/toilet. Furnishings are practical with comfortable beds. Cleaning every 5-7 days
unfortunately no coffee machine. The windows are difficult to close

The perfect apartment to enjoy the capital.
The layout of the apartment and its equipment. It has everything you need for cooking and even a lot of utensils at your disposal. Everything for the bathroom, including a hair dryer, various towels, a washer and dryer and an iron for clothes. Although there was no reception, the girl gave us different recommendations on the phone.
The only thing I can point out is that we couldn't leave our bags anywhere on the day of check out.

Great apartment
Impressive air conditioner. The apartment is very beautiful, bright and overlooking nature. The sink is very spacious. The shower is very comfortable. Washer and dryer have their own room and are good. The kitchen has everything. The staff were very friendly.

Cozy apartment
The location was perfect for what we were looking for. The site is cozy. Noise from the street is minimal, almost inaudible. We liked the aesthetics of the accommodation. Natural lighting was ideal. The shower in the bathroom is great. The distribution of the rooms and the separation of the kitchen from the living room was phenomenal.
We noticed that the site had some dust on the chairs and beds. The TV was not a Smart TV but that didn't really matter as it wasn't necessary but would have been nice. There were no spare sheets, no bath products (mini bottles of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner), parchment paper, foil or cling film.

This is an exceptional place to spend a week, as in my case it was a week to work. Very clean, well maintained and with all the comforts.
Cleanliness and tranquility

An ideal place to spend a few days in Santa Cruz.
The location is central with everything you could possibly need close to supermarkets, parks, shops, etc. The treatment was perfect for the person visiting us. We will repeat ourselves in the near future.
The only thing I didn't like was cleaning with a mop after bathing because water was running out, the shower tray and bathroom floor were level and water was seeping through the screen door.

The only nonsense I didn't like was that there was no full-length mirror, but you could live fine without it.

Lavaderos Fits in the same house for less but just as good .. as a tip
Central location, good bathroom except for hair in shower from previous occupant. We have back problems, mattress ok. Pillows are shit. Booking an underground parking costs 8 euros per day is expensive but necessary.
The house is extremely clairaudient, without soundproofing, the windows sometimes do not close properly, the stove turns on and off.

Basic apartment within walking distance from the center
The atmosphere is pleasant; modern and clean. The quality of the beds is good.
Many of the properties that were advertised were missing; No oven, no dryer, no extra wine and water. The shower drain did not work. Communication with the owner was difficult. The drain was improved to an acceptable level, but not cleared after work, and subsequently all our emails were ignored by the owner.

Nice accommodation option next to García Sanabria park
We stayed in apartment 5B on the second floor. The bedroom and living room had air conditioning, and the apartment overlooked a courtyard with a beautiful dragon tree. We felt very comfortable in the apartment, there was no noise, she rested very well, she is spacious and very bright. Comfortable bed and comfy pillows. Large and well lit bathroom. I will repeat myself without hesitation.
There were only two rolls of toilet paper, also already started, to accommodate two people and five nights. Also just two small containers of shower soap. There was free sugar, salt and coffee in the kitchen, but no butter.

The location of the apartment is very good, and it is convenient to travel. The staff are attentive, enthusiastic and dedicated. The layout of the room is good, the facilities are good, the bedding and pillows are clean, the service attitude is very good, and any problems can be solved at any time
Some facilities need to be repaired, such as curtains (not easy to use), the bathroom room and the toilet floor are on the same plane, and the bath water flows out.

Spacious and comfortable apartment
The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, it is located next to the Rambla de Santa Cruz and is well connected to the airport, it is tastefully decorated and not lacking in detail. Isa is very friendly and always awaiting consideration, highly recommended!

Very cool interior almost entirely in white. But everything you needed was there, even a washer, dryer, and iron. Towels are available. Everything was within walking distance, shopping streets, the harbor, museums ... Las Teresitas beach can be reached by car in 10 minutes, and the Anaga mountains are easy to reach.
A coffee maker and a kettle are desirable. It was sometimes very noisy at night, because the street was very close, and every night garbage removal and street cleaning services came.

Very tasteful equipment; large bathroom and very modern kitchen. The air conditioner is easy to use.
You can hear traffic from the Rambla de Santa Cruz. There should be another rubbish bin in the bathroom. Mattresses wobble and, for example, you can easily fall out of bed at night.
