Good location, quiet accommodation and helpful managers.

This is an apartment in which there was no lack of any detail. You have all the necessary utensils in the kitchen and in the bathroom. I found the fact that they give you a new rag and washcloth and clean every 3 days very tasteful. Everything was clean, spacious, the attention of the excellent staff and the best part is that on the day of departure you are allowed to take a shower in the hotel. We will definitely repeat.
All was good. To put it mildly, ants are in the kitchen, but this is normal in the field.

Great stay!
The 3 star apartment is very beautiful and very comfortable, it is equipped with everything you need to spend a few days in Formentera! In addition, it was very clean and the cleaners were very kind to us, they gave us information and did their best to check us in as soon as possible, they are charming.
The worst thing was to pick up the keys at the hotel instead of giving them to us in the same apartment, because one of us had to take a taxi with suitcases and the other on a motorcycle to get the key. Small ants also appeared in the kitchen when we started cooking, it could be a bit annoying but it wasn't much to clean up quickly and leave no marks.

Good location, very quiet and cozy area. Good parking, with a terrace.
We were two days and one ALL night without water and without electricity. We couldn't finish cooking dinner. Disastrous daily cleaning as they didn't come to clean the days we were. While in the field, if there is leftover food on the bench, the ants will infiltrate. There was no light in one bathroom and the shower door did not close properly.

CALM AND RELAXATION. BEACH AND ENTERTAINMENT. THE PERFECT COMBINATION
The location is ideal for visiting several secluded and quiet beaches. The hostel has everything you need. Keys are collected at the hotel located a few kilometers from the apartments. They allow you to leave your luggage at this hotel and shower after leaving the apartment so you can take advantage of the day you check out to go to the beach and then shower and change. The Rosamar staff are the nicest and friendliest people in the world, especially Milena and Lina, two wonderful girls.
To make a mistake, the keys are not collected in the apartment. I miss the outdoor shower to shower outside the apartment before entering, but commenting on this topic, they explain to us that since the island is small, water is a very valuable asset and the Balearic government does not allow additional costs for water. In fact, there are no showers on the beaches of the entire island.

Comfort at a "good price"
Better than I expected. Very comfortable, very complete apartment, with everything you might need and even coffee capsules, one for each day of your stay. Very clean and with perfect air conditioning. Recommended if you don't mind sleeping in a place without a view. The truth is that for the prices on the island, it's worth it. Where the keys are collected, they keep your bags for you until check-in and when you have to leave, as well as a courtesy bathroom to take a shower. Everything perfect

It is worth coming back here because the location is great, the exterior is beautiful and the interior is well maintained.
Exteriors, interior planning and environment. Obviously irreplaceable climate and proximity to the sea. Dishwasher and appliances available.
Often boiling water. There was no washing powder. Single beds. Few towels for 1 week and the smell of the closets was not pleasant.

Apartments located in a quiet building and equipped with everything you need to spend a few days (or weeks) on the beach and relax. Also highlight the treatment of the staff, both at the reception desk of the Rosamar Hotel (where check-in takes place) and the cleaning staff. The bed was very uncomfortable and very poor soundproofing, as soon as the guest gets up you can hear everything, even the cleaning lady who sings and listens to music no matter what time it is and if it disturbs anyone.

We were in the lizard apartment perfect for two people. Very comfortable and with everything you need and basic in the house. Kitchen with ceramic hob, small fridge... everything is very new, well maintained and clean.
Just two things. The dining table is too small and the shower water is leaking out of the tray and flooding the bathroom. You wipe everything, but the humidity in the room is quite high and it takes a long time to dry.

It is a very nice apartment, spacious, clean, with everything you need: kitchen utensils, towels, space to rest, own terrace, air conditioning, wifi and everything with great taste. We were pleased to find books from other guests there, and also a couple of parasols. The treatment of the staff where we collected the keys, and of the cleaning and gardening staff was excellent and attentive at all times. Everything fantastic!!
The mattresses had some springs out of place, but nothing serious. As the apartment is "in the country" there were ants, but if you didn't leave food out of the fridge they weren't a problem.

Accommodation is very neat, fairly new and they spend twice a week changing towels, trash, cleaning, changing bedding ... Great pleasure to eat and spend time on the porch of the house.
There is no pool here to be luxurious.

You should have picked up the key from another hotel far from your accommodation (if you are riding a motorcycle, this means that a total of 4 taxis will be able to carry your suitcases), they should put up a code box to collect the keys. .. There was no cleaning of towels or room although we asked for it (we stayed 4 nights and it was closer to the fourth day when we left ... no point).

Great location in Formentera. This is far from areas with a large population and without a doubt this is what we highlight the most. The apartment has all the comforts and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel for check-in is far from the apartment itself, but the staff are very friendly and provide all the comforts and are open all day for easy check-in.
Worst of all, the bed is next to the kitchen, since you need to ventilate a lot and put a hood so that there is no smell.

The accommodation is located in the countryside and is therefore very quiet. The beach is even within walking distance. The apartment is spacious and all amenities are available. And a wonderful large balcony with the possibility of shade and sun. The apartment is still new, everything is fresh and clean. The service was also very good and friendly, I was allowed to check out later (low season) which was nice due to the late ferry.

Good option in Formentera
New apartment, very clean and comfortable for living in Formentera. You will need a car / motorcycle to get there. The quality / price (considering that this is Formentera) is good.
It has no reception and if you rent a motorcycle you first need to get your keys from the hotel and then go to the apartment. We were not told this, and we had to go around several times to get the keys. When leaving the apartment, you cannot leave your suitcases there, and you need to go to the hotel (far from the apartment) so that they leave them for you. It won't be a problem if you are traveling by car, but on a motorcycle it is a little difficult due to the luggage problem.
