Estupendo
Rosa wonderful hostess, Everything was super clean, not a detail was missing. Coffee maker with a couple of capsules, kettle with an assortment of tea bags, some cookies and a bottle of very cold water in the fridge. Everything great, thank you.

Fantastic.
Fantastic apartment, well equipped and cared for. Great terrace to go out and take in the fresh air at night. Rosa very kind and attentive.
The street that gives access to the door of the apartment, very narrow to pass by car. I brushed him. Despite overcoming the most complicated curve, we parked at the same door.

Two roosters lived nearby, who sang from 5 in the morning. To be honest, something is very annoying for two days of vacation and rest (which did not rest).

Good communication.
The views were good. We had maps in the room and our hostess recommended places to eat. The place was very well located to be able to walk around the center. There was public parking nearby. Of the details in the room was a small refrigerator, as well as a dolce gusto coffee maker and a water heater. So you can drink coffee in the morning.
This is really a warning for light-sensitive people: there are no blinds here. The blinds take in quite a lot of light, but if you're the kind of person who wakes you up with a ray of sunshine, I suggest wearing a mask.

Great to enjoy Sanlúcar
Rosa, the hostess, left the room very clean. The bed was very comfortable and she left us clean towels, coffee, tea, instant coffee and a bottle of water.

the room is nice and well equipped (coffee and tea in the room, water bottles in the fridge), very nice welcome. very nice view from the terrace Near shopping streets, 10 minutes walk) to know: the house is located in the upper part of the city, so there is a slight difference in height to reach it on foot from the city center, but there is nothing insurmountable we were in a room on the second floor, from where a gorgeous view, on the other hand it is better to know if you have difficulty with the stairs!

A day in Sanlucar
Everything was new and very clean. The hostess is friendly and attentive. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed is wide and comfortable. The views offer light and the bathroom also has natural light. Details of bath gel, water bottle, kettle, tea and coffee capsules are welcome.
I understand that the accommodation must be on the booking relatively recently, but it is important that the owners update the photos. Online it's a studio but we stayed in a room. In fact, if you carefully read the description, it corresponds to the real characteristics, but they are not accompanied by photographs of the room, which causes bewilderment and a sense of deception. (I think it's a matter of inattention and lack of updates, and not malicious intent) The photographs offer us a studio with a living room, kitchen, TV. There was none of that in the room. You should be aware of the description and not get carried away by the photographs. No hair dryer or TV.

Confused because the city is wonderful
The accommodation is good at first glance, but only at first glance is beautiful and cute, but dirty, which, in my opinion, prevails.
I didn’t like the attitude towards the person in charge who gave us the keys, there were no pillows in one room, there was no k sign. He didn't even look or bring us pillows, but the worst thing is that we found the apartment very dirty, with masks and even a used condom under the bed. Contaminate the sink with leftover food, in short, that nothing was washed. We called her to tell her about it and she didn't even come to see him, she apologized for us to leave the key on the little terrace she has and nothing else. When booking through this platform, payment is due one month prior to arrival and if there are issues like ours, there is no way for you to claim. Since the disinterest of the person in charge was due to the fact that everything was already paid for, but we would have left to look for something else, in these times of a pandemic, hygiene and cleanliness needs to be taken care of a lot, and this accommodation does not do this, so this is my discomfort and anger

The apartment is super equipped and tastefully decorated, there is no shortage of details. Great terrace. Brand new kitchen with oven, microwave and full utensils appreciated in rental apartments. The refrigerator is large and cools very well. When we arrived, the hostess gave us a bottle of wine and fresh water. Wifi works great and they even have Netflix!! Going down the street, you find yourself in the center with restaurants and terraces. The area is quiet.
The only downside is the sparse parking in the area but this is ok in August.

The location was great as we were close to the city center, the old town was also close and the beach a bit far away, but you could also walk to the beach without any problems. The apartment was very clean as seen in the photos and the hostess was exceptional.

Everything is very new and nice, but it does not have a TV.
