Bad
I would highlight the cleanliness of the apartment, the environment is quiet and the terrace is very nice.
When one travels it is to see things and to rest. We were able to rest, because the mattresses and pillows are terrible, very soft, you can't sleep well and you wake up with back pain. The pillows look like paper. The sofa in the living room is also very uncomfortable. So we have not rested well at all. The owner should take into account changing them for more comfortable ones, because it is essential to rest well on a trip.

A place to repeat, without a doubt.
When I arrived I was not able to find the place, one that is very confused, also I arrived at night, lMarisabel, and another girl went looking for me and with a smile they helped me. The luxury apartment, and very clean. And a lot of peace, absolute silence.
All liked it.

Recommended apartment
The apt is large and well located to visit the surroundings, easy parking and quiet, very quiet, good terrace
We found the bed hard, the bedding very shabby, some utensils were missing, a tablecloth, a corkscrew, dishwashing detergent, squeaky doors

Vacation apartment for a few days on the beach.
The urbanization is very quiet. I was surprised that when I arrived at 23:00, not a single fly could be heard. The apartment is quite nice and has a very large terrace.
It's a pity that this area is so little used, I understand that Pulpi City Council has underused it and has huge potential, and the day this area is built it will surely be much better.

The apartment was quite clean and the deposit was returned quite quickly (the same day of check out)
To begin with, the uncomfortable mattresses, the horrible pillows, you can't rest when you wake up... your whole body hurts. The layout of the building is very uncomfortable, for everything you have to go up or down a lot of stairs. Another problem is parking the car. There is not a fixed space for each apartment, so it is quite difficult to park near the apartment. Finally, the location of the building is in a polygon, which is lonelier than one... you have to take the car for everything.

Nice very close to Geode which was our destination. Spacious terrace with good views.

bad luck due to desert sand and heavy rain
Spacious, clean, spacious terrace
according to Booking.com, the apartment was on the ground floor and the deposit could be paid in cash. However, 14 steps had to be climbed to enter, and the deposit could not be paid in cash. was supposed to be in line with "Bizum", never heard of this and as communication was only possible in Spanish it was difficult to arrange a deposit.

Cleanliness, tranquility. Recommended for cases where we have COVID. The owner is very friendly and courteous.
No coverage or Wi-Fi. It's far from the city.
