The village has good restaurants with a bus service to Santa Cruz and other beaches
The accommodation is located directly at the bus stop. Access for swimming just opposite and is also guarded...ideal for swimming.
Unfortunately, the street is very busy and the traffic noise is almost unbearable on the balcony. The bedroom in the courtyard area is quiet.

Convenient location
The location with the view of the sea and the sunrise. You can have breakfast in the sun, even if only inside, because the balcony is too small to put a table there. The bed has a good mattress. There is enough space in the closet.
Other tenants before us had complained about the bad smell and apparently it has still not been addressed. There is a bad sewer smell coming from the drain in the kitchen, which is very annoying. 2 of 5 kitchen drawers are broken and should be repaired. The blinds in the bedroom did not open.

The room is clean, comfortable, everything is thought out to the smallest detail - I recommend
Location, view from the window to the ocean, the apartment has everything for a comfortable life (toaster, mixer, boxes, etc.). Everything is thought out - I recommend. Nearby there is a grocery store, cafe, bus stop.
The toilet staggered, the drain in the shower quickly clogged, sometimes the gas water heater did not work well, the Internet did not reach the bedroom.

Cozy apartment with a beautiful sea view
Comfortable "new" apartment with luxuries like washing machine and dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, good beds, shutters and of course sunrise sea view. Beautiful beach 5 minutes, partially visible from the balcony. Lots of eateries.
Mini balcony: couldn't stand the table even though it was stated in the description. There are no tea cups. Not enough towels for 6 days. Uncertainty about cleaning, changing towels and bed linen. After a lot of communication about this, 3 days later additional towels and linens.

A week of rest in Las Teresitas.
Convenient location on the same waterfront. You can walk to the beach perfectly, in 5 minutes you will arrive. Everything is very new. Large TV with WiFi. Wifi works great.
There is no elevator in the building, apartment 4 is on the third floor.
