Nothing, the photos are lying. It was unhealthy, not in line with covid hygiene measures.
There are no 2 rooms in it, it was dirty, a sofa bed with holes, I do not recommend it to anyone

The general furniture and floor were ok
- a terrible area, at night it was scary to walk and shout a lot - the balcony broke the ceiling, it was not repaired and we stopped in a bad area with an open balcony - the state of cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, was very poor, there were many dirt to leave bath basins, etc. - There were 6 of us and the sofa bed is not suitable for sleeping, very bad, all the springs are nailed because of how thin it is

Good for the price!
Closeness to everything! Nearby there are supermarkets, restaurant, bar and beaches. We can do everything on foot. PortAventura Park is 5 minutes away by car. The pool is super nice too! There is also parking nearby for € 4 per day, otherwise you can park for free behind the building all night from 22:00 to 10:00.
Very poor soundproofing. You can hear the neighbors and there are a lot of young people at the parties, so this is not an ideal place for a family vacation. The apartment smells like sewage all week, the cleanliness and clarity are subject to revision.
