Nice holiday but poor customer service

Comfort and cleanliness.

No, we need a locksmith on the first night we arrived, the agency promises us that we will only pay 200 euros and will not be refunded, and as a result of the invoices we have paid 450 euros without refund. The agency didn't want to know anything.
