Location, staff mainly, very friendly. The ease of parking.
The hangers, uncomfortable system. There are no dials on the bed for reading, etc. In the bathroom there are no things like tissue, cotton, toothpaste brush, etc. The shower didn't work well. The spa seems to me to be of very fair quality and the gym too, a machine with a malfunction. The decoration in general can be improved.
The place is wonderful and the staff remarkable for their kindness.
