Perfect location. Perfect layout of the flat. Very well equipped. The owner is very attentive in telephone contacts and you can tell by the way he has the flat that he wants whoever stays there to have at their disposal everything you may need, hair dryer, iron , small kitchen appliance...
For dates and the supply-demand ratio at this time of year, I think the price is a bit too high.

Central location in a quiet area
Central location, direct attention of the owners, who were very attentive to the whole process of registration and autonomy in entering and leaving, with an application key system. The area and apartment was very quiet and peaceful despite being at street level as it is not busy and two rooms open onto an internal terrace (no view). The air conditioning is ducted and works well.
The apartment we stayed in was a ground floor apartment at 13 Calle Sant Miquel. It has been fairly used, the finishes could be improved in terms of style and furniture mix and it has damp marks on both some of the door frames and and on the screen of one of the bathrooms. The lighting in the bathroom could also be improved, as well as the quality and size of the bath towels, which are small and rather rough with threads sticking out. A bathroom can have an extractor hood and light independently of each other, since connecting them to the same switch creates a lot of noise when entering the bathroom at night. According to my teenage son who slept on it, the sofa bed is uncomfortable. The beds in the non-main room were also soft for me. We saw small ants hanging around the kitchen table and decided to store all food in the microwave or refrigerator for fear that they might get inside. You cannot park on the street of the apartment, and there is a blue zone around it. There is a public underground car park just 5 minutes walk in Plaza de la Libertad for €4 per day which was a good option. There are many cafes in the area. We didn't use the kitchen so I can't judge if there were enough utensils. To be honest, the price seemed expensive for what we got in terms of aesthetics/decoration and quality of stay, but we booked last. time, and there was no other choice.

It doesn't disappoint
We have already stayed several times in this apartment. It is new and clean. We had a problem with the entry codes and the host fixed it.
We know that entry codes are the new technology but it's hard to get used to.

Responsible person 10, very attentive and very pleasant, the apartment is very cozy, very clean and in a very good area.
The beds and pillows are quite uncomfortable and there was noise all night due to the air escaping.

Perfect location! And the owner responded very quickly and attentively. Ideal for visiting Reus.
The shower ran out of hot water. There were 4 of us and the last one took a shower with almost no hot water. In the following days, we were all faster.

Ideal for visiting the center of Reus
The rooms are separate and the beds are real.
Everything is fine. We only stayed one night on the way, and they met us wonderfully. The only thing was that water was leaking from the bathroom in the bedroom.

The apartment is super central, the door opening system is perfect, I thought it was great to avoid contact because of all this virus.
