We have chosen this hotel for many years, because we love it, but this time it has been a very negative experience. We entered the room at around 6:00 p.m. (because it was not ready when we arrived) The room we had had a broken window. We asked change, they change it for us (saying that we are lucky that there is another one). It does not seem to me to be properly cared for (luckily not!!!) It is already well paid every night!!! Very regular cleaning. There are cobwebs everywhere. Very curt reception. The breakfast is fine, but if you go down at 10:00 (because of COVID it goes for hours) there is nothing to choose from. It is not restocked. Anyway, this time we did not like it too much. Value for money… very Expensive for what it is.

Cleaning lady (who did not clean well), we demanded that she sweep the floor a bit and she said something bad at the front desk. Very ill-mannered, she even told her classmates, after which she made a special noise and struck blows to make her even more angry. The rest, who work well there, no problem. It's a shame that one person annoys the work of others.

I booked two rooms (one double and one triple) with a balcony. The balcony of the double was tiny and the one of the triple... I'm still looking for it.

The floor slats were loose. Probably because the water from the shower flows everywhere. The TV was small, but it didn't matter because it didn't work. There are no lactose-free milk or vegetable drinks for breakfast.

The service was disastrous, there was only one waiter for the entire hotel and one cook, we stayed for dinner because there was nothing nearby, it was far from everything. The dinner was cold and very expensive for what they served. The lights were turned off in the dining room and in the rest of the venue they were turned on for dinner, it seemed like a ghost hotel... we came to think that there was a hidden camera and they were playing a joke on us because for a four-star hotel it was not normal... it wasn't I had never seen... a single waiter for the whole room.

The outdoor pool is not in good condition and there is no maintenance in that area (they don't pick up the garbage or cut the grass). All this in August. The room is not bad, but it is not very big. The terrace had no chairs and we had to go get some from the bar. The floor boards are loose and the bathroom is damp. The worst thing was that the staff at breakfast complained loudly about the customers with phrases like "they don't give me a minute to rest" and if you asked them for water they answered "what obsession do you have with water at breakfast". In general, many things could be overlooked if it weren't for the price and what is supposed to be a 4 star hotel.

The room was somewhat dirty and neglected: traces of dirt on the walls, raised floor, bathroom door wet and dirty ... The pool area deserves a special mention because, despite being in a beautiful environment, it is very deserted: tall grass, bad city and pool full but very dirty, no filter and full of leaves and dirt at the bottom. The spa is similar: in the days I was there, there was plaster on the floor that hadn't been removed, and there was dirt on the pool floor. The breakfast girl is somewhat unfriendly, and I noticed that they don't take off the tablecloths when someone leaves, but they shake and clean them a little, and that's it.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, surely it is not the fault of the employees and if of the employers, but having a person to serve at the reception, attend the restaurant and the cafeteria, with 50 rooms, is not the best service. BAD CLEANING OF ROOMS, we had to leave the room on 2 occasions for them to be carried out, with a baby in the middle of a nap, while another day they did not even do it. SORRY CONDITION of the rooms, raised floor, dirty walls and moldy bathroom. NO COVERAGE, NO WIFI. This is a lesser evil, since the location is enviable, but better warn. They only have one connection point and it is next to the reception. If you have read all this, look for another place to stay in the same area, there are warmer ones and more competitive prices.

That the tree on the floor sagged and sounded a lot, even with the carpet they laid. The shower was broken and the curtain was a little dirty.

The facilities are in terrible condition, they need good maintenance and reform. It shows that before it was a 4 star but now it is not. The worst thing is the management of the hotel and the staff, which is insufficient to serve all the guests in August. For example, at breakfast there is only 1 person to seat people, replace what runs out (if you are lucky because sometimes they told you that there was no more of that and that bad luck - the worst: my partner is celiac and warning in advance of his problem of 5 breakfasts, he could only eat gluten-free bread for 2 days, since the 3rd was told that they no longer had them and they only gave him some muffins: paying the same as everyone for breakfast!) In addition, the staff is few professional: with masks down, complaining about work things in public or inattentive: you asked for the bill and until the 4th time you asked for it they didn't bring it (being few diners in the restaurant). I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Although it has 4 stars, it has already lost them. Lack of cleanliness and neglect in all the facilities. A lack of coordination from all employees. At reception they tell you that the room is finished around 2 in the afternoon and when you arrive after lunch at 3:30 (you arrive from Seville 800km in the body)) you cannot enter because they have not started it yet. You are left with a silly face waiting in a room that lacks cleaning and maintenance. Waiting for the maids to fix it, which doesn't happen and after half an hour you have to go complain. And they are until 6 in the afternoon cleaning rooms and vacuuming the corridors. Above you can not rest. I have not seen any more slackness from the staff.. And at breakfast time there is only one person to attend to replenish and clear tables and if you neglect yourself and go to the last ones, there is little buffet left.. It is a shame because the setting is beautiful.. They charge you as a 4 star and it does not even reach 2, due to the lack of maintenance cleaning both inside and outside and few staff and very inconsistent each one to their own ball.

The hotel does not meet the expectations of the four stars it has. The few staff that serve you are fabulous but they are clearly overwhelmed. The reception always has customers waiting to be attended by a single employee who answers the phone, check-ins, check-outs and guest inquiries. We had to cancel breakfast because the only person who attended it was not enough to attend to the service with the hotel at 100% occupancy.

The only thing I didn't like was the lack of resources. I mean there is a lonely girl in the breakfast room, very friendly, but being alone in a hotel with so many rooms in mid-August is very difficult. Same in other cases no more employees are needed, but I think 4 stars should take that into account as it causes anger among the customers and builds up stress on the said employee.

The water in the Spa was cold, we just went in and out because it was even cold there. Everything else is fine.

Also when we arrived the room was not made, it was from the previous tenants and after protesting they enabled us another… Very bad stay. And we do not recommend it.

I believe that due to the pandemic, they do not have enough staff, and it shows.

The hotel has very good facilities, but it has NO maintenance, in terms of cleanliness, when we arrived there was a dog's piss on the entrance stairs and when we left the next day it was still there, in the same way that when we walked through the garden we saw a thrown compress and the next day it was in the same place. The room was quite small, when hanging a shirt and pants on a hanger: The bar that holds the hangers fell. In the bathroom there was a small spider hanging from a silk thread, a sign of the depth of cleaning. It is not up to a 4-star standard, nor the price they charged me, but I am clear that I will not stay here again even if they give it to me for free.

The restaurant service was poor, the cleaning was correct, but the room at 5:00 p.m. was not checked and the workers without a mask.

The room was very small. There were a lot of people and children in the resort, no one was in control and there were a lot of things that didn't work.

The facilities are a bit deserted and the staff shows that they are overwhelmed, I believe the COVID issue needs staff. We had a breakfast order at 8 and the buffet was not full yet. And we decided not to have dinner at the hotel, because the waiter was worried about the time when we booked the room, which was 22:00.

I rented a non-smoking room with an en-suite bathroom, but they put me in a smoking room with a shower tray. The TV is very small. There is not a lot of fruit for the breakfast buffet and there is only one coffee machine, so you will be queuing up.

A disaster breakfast. The machines did not work, the milk could not be heated. In the end, the poor employee who was in charge of the breakfasts remedied it. Orange juice was not available. The potato omelette that was made is unknown where it never arrived. And so in general. Out of 4 stars at least two drops. Poor internet connection. Leaving the room to find some suitable corner. It would last a few minutes and then crash. The air conditioning in the room worked on the condition that the door leading to a very small terrace was not opened. The floor of the room in lamentable state. In general the hotel is very neglected, in urgent need of renovations from the entrance to the floors and rooms.

They offer an outdoor pool, but it doesn't work. At the spa, we were told that the heat pump was broken and would soon be repaired, but after a week while we were there, it was not repaired.

The floor in the room was cracked, even barefoot was uncomfortable. A velux window in the bedroom with the curtains drawn down and without the option to raise them. Always an empty trick. There is no one in the spa, neither at the reception, nor in the massage rooms. The lights in the corridor of the rooms did not work, I had to take a flashlight with me and finally the breakfast left a lot to be desired at this price.

Very neglected (marked walls, the bathroom is lined with paper and was very deteriorated and dirty, broken and raised wood). It was quite dirty, both walls, bathroom and spider webs at various points of the facilities. The stair lights did not work. It had been a while since I found a hotel like this, I didn't like it. The extra one we had to do ourselves. Without coverage and for that reason it was impossible to pay with a card, the pos was not connected. It seems very expensive to me for the state in which it is located, the facilities are good and beautiful, but care and attention are lacking.

You go to the tip of the mountain to rest at A RESORT & SPA and they don't even work well. They have everything to fix. The floor of the rooms raised, at night there is no light on the stairs, you have to tell them to turn on the lights outside. We have gone to hotels with less stars and breakfast was a thousand turns to this one. In short, a stay that I would not return or recommend.

In some places there was a shortage of staff, saunas and aroma showers did not work and the wifi connection did not reach the room.

The only drawback is that the room was a bit dirty and the air conditioning in the room was not working.

In the SPA, the two wet saunas smelled a bit bad, the HAMMAM and the TURCA. The refrigerator in the room never worked, despite the fact that we notified it, it heated instead of cooling.

Now if I want to mention that there was only one person in the breakfast room that day. ... Despite the fact that he tried and made every effort to achieve this, it was impossible to keep everything in place. There were no fruits, spoons, plates, water ... She alone could not serve all of us.

Some premises are underutilized. There is no gym, the beds can be improved. Poorly lit area, a few hammocks by the pool.

The outdoor pool full of rat poison and with the bottom full of chips. No capacity control in the SPA, with which it becomes saturated. A family with 3 children using it as if it were a swimming pool, and there is no staff to control it. The hotel's Wi-Fi network is terrible. And there is no mobile coverage... With an investment of less than €500 they could solve it, but they have not even been able to invest in that. The closed bar, so even to have a coffee you had to go outside... The rooms full of humidity... water leaks in the shower and the raised floor... A total and utter disaster unworthy of the 4 stars it boasts. I have felt cheated.

The staff were too slow in every service they performed, I believe that a hotel in this category and at this price point should have a much faster staff. The open windows were covered with cobwebs outside.

There was no individual gel or shampoo if the cause was covid, with great reason to put it individually. Also striking are certain flaws in the door moldings and poorly finished floors that draw attention in such a nice hotel, I'm not a gourmand but whoever can call the hotel bad for these posh.

We would recommend them to lengthen the shower screen and change the floors in the rooms.

As far as cleaning the rooms, it wasn't because they didn't very good, but because at 6pm the room had not yet been cleaned...because there were not enough staff dedicated to the task. Considering our complaints, the director informed us that this was a one-time issue due to several unexpected sick leaves that were difficult to cover.

The floor of the room was raised, in fact we had several trips; the countertop of the sink is bent and blackened from moisture, I understand that this is a sink and it gets wet, but do not put such material for this; in the corridors of the sanatorium the floor is the same, the walls are with corrugated paper and swollen and ebony. Once our booking was made, we called to ask if there was a massage and the answer was yes, there used to be no massage, only a spa. Inside the spa, it must be said that half of the things are not working 100%, that is, if the saunas in the midst of the Covid situation are working when their use is prohibited in the rest of the spas and gyms. It doesn’t make much sense to tell the buffet that you need to say that you need to take pastries when the lid has a handle and there are tongs, but otherwise not, there was nowhere to keep the sausage lid, bread tongs and other things were ordinary, so it doesn’t make sense that pastries are not self-service and everything else, the juice machine was open every day with sachets of liquid in sight. It's a pity that they care so little about the details, because they really could have had a fantastic hotel, and they remained mediocre. They have very friendly and helpful staff which really adds to the points.

Outdated fixtures, exposed wood floors and pillows make the neck stiff. You have to book time for the spa but then they don't control it and being so small we were like sardines in a can, the shower didn't work. Settings that need to be adjusted.

Spa environment and temperature. Did a duo massage, there was a lot of light in the room and there was no relaxation atmosphere. Little service. Poor lighting in some places. We arrived at the hotel at 4:00 pm, it was very dark. The lounges could have been better used but there was no bar. Hair dryer with low power. The bathroom was damp and chipped on the wall. The room had no information about: breakfast hours, spa, reception phone...the basics.

Lack of staff, on arrival more than 20 minutes waiting at the reception because there was no one to be present and it was just us! The lady, who must have been the manager, was talking to other people in the bar and, seeing me angry, deigned to call someone. Then there were no people for breakfast, which you pay for, there were no plates and cutlery, no juices, no coffee, dirty tables and you had to sit like that ... Disaster. The spa water wasn't even hot, the saunas weren't hot either, and to top it off we booked dinner at the hotel restaurant for one night, the cod was served to me still frozen... The staff, who are very friendly, are saved. They are doing everything they can, but it is catastrophically neglected, neglected.

The room was quite small and the pillow was very hard, luckily we were warned and we took our own. When you took a shower, the entire floor was wet because the spray splashed off the screen. There was very little light in the reading room, the eyes came out.

Although I didn't use it, I think the price of the spa/pool was excessive for people staying at the hotel.

The facilities were in a very neglected state. Rooms with false parquet and generally poor repair; until one day we splashed ourselves with cold water. Wifi doesn't work at all and also there is no coverage.

Lack of maintenance. Operation of cafes and restaurants. Pointless booking system. People dine in the canteen because they didn't have a reservation and there was an empty seat in the restaurant.

We didn't have a refrigerator in the room. The floors in the room were raised and stumbling. You should have worn shoes.

The smell of tobacco in the room and the trash can is not emptied. The outdoor pool was not very clean.
