All the flaws! No seating area on the roof terrace. uncomfortable light / lack of light in the living room. Lots of rain came in through 3 of the windows even though they were closed! it flooded the floors. The toilet on the first floor was in disrepair. Several of the dining room chairs were dangerous to sit on. Had gone up in the liminga. Little equipment in the kitchen for a family. Poorly maintained outdoor area.

There may be pool cleaning equipment. The bottom of the pool quickly covered with sand. The barbecue was small. Some minimal products may be present (salt, pepper, ...), especially since the tenants usually leave this kind of food in place (as we do). Renovation of the outer walls would not hurt. The paint is peeling off and there are bits of it on the ground.

I didn’t like that the barbecue had nothing to do with the one in the photographs, and the umbrella was broken and rusted.

That the machine jumped when you put the oven on, mattresses on the bed, TV, it looked bad, the pool was not cleaned in the 6 days that we were there

Basically, I think that in order to rent out, you first need to check what is being rented and make sure that what they offer is in good condition. The beds are not very comfortable, the grill is useless (we had to call and put it on), the oven works, but the lever jumps (that is, it cannot be used), the umbrella on the terrace is useless (if there is one) it works better, but it’s better not to have it), in the first a day I had to do without a TV (it did not work) the next day I had to put another one, and finally 2 toilets with drops

Cleanliness ... in general, especially the pool, the bottom was not visible.

The window in one of the rooms could not be opened and I think the pool heating was not working.
