Great location right in the center, good restaurants around the corner. In the morning there was sun on the balcony. The kitchen was well equipped. Comfortable beds, in the next app. we missed the beds. Changing sheets wasn't a problem either, there was a washer and dryer. In the rooms on the street side it was a bit noisy with the window open (night owls and street cleaning), in the upper (3rd floor via spiral staircase) rear bedroom you could sleep quietly with the window open. The apartment is on the second floor and the stairwell is a bit narrow if you have bulky luggage.

The apartment is very well decorated, landscaped, furnished with everything you need.

Ideally located duplex, in the center, close to shops and boutiques. 2 minutes to a small pebble beach and 8 minutes to the bus station.

The location is perfect, there is a lot of atmosphere around (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops...) not being a Puerto de la Cruz hotel zone. You could easily park on the port esplanade, especially when arriving in the afternoon, in the morning and on weekends, as there were many more people there. From there it was easy to get to any part of the island. There are enough dishes in the house for 5-6 people, although we only had breakfast there, so we had quite a bit, and these dishes are in very good condition. In general, the apartment is quite comfortable, the furniture and plumbing are in very good condition and work properly.
