No private parking, parking problems especially on weekends because the beaches are nearby (1:30 to find a free spot!). Outdated or even damaged outdoor and indoor furniture. No double bed.
Very good location on the outskirts. The center and Loro Park are easily accessible on foot. Quiet location, good distance to roads. Magnificent sea view right on Playa Jardin. Beautiful, large terrace, also overlooking the Teide.
Slight signs of wear here and there in the kitchen and bathroom.

For an apartment, he is not able to ask for a hundred euros per day. Very old furniture, mattresses in terrible condition, very cracked and old bedding, very old pillows, we still doubt if they were pillows, old fashioned decor and leftovers, smells bad and old when entering. The shower tray will not drain down and you will have to swim in a puddle. Old kitchen with too many dishes in poor condition and no consistency. The terrace is large and with a great view, but very deserted, dirty, with dry and dead plants, which made it look very bad. It's a shame, because with a little attention to detail, the apartment would be very beautiful, but it doesn't look good for the money they are asking for, as if it was worth everything because of its good location. We were disappointed.
The location is very good with a very large terrace overlooking the sea and accessed from all rooms. You leave the urbanization and enter the garden beach, which is very beautiful. The bright rooms (2) and the bathroom are very nice and spacious. The kitchen also has everything. Very equipped home, cutlery, towels, sheets, household items, beach towels, parasol and hammocks on the terrace ... etc. Highly recommended.

The apartment is ideally located overlooking the sea. It is located halfway between the center of Puerto de la Cruz and Loro Parque. We got to both on foot with the kids. The apartment is fully equipped. The added value of this apartment is, of course, its huge terrace overlooking the sea. Our contact, Tina, was perfect even though we arrived late. And very kind to Check-oit!
The mattresses seemed too soft to us. The rooftop pool is the only one available.
