We called reception at night and they told us that they would send a technician to look at the heating because we were cold and we were going with 3 children, one of them a 4-month-old baby and no one showed up and we called reception and they didn't pick it up.

The reception is not made for the number of people who want to check-in, we had to wait 2 hours. After the first night we had a room upgrade. Neither the first nor the second were clean! There was hair everywhere (in the bed, in the bathroom, on the sofa). We arrived in the first room at night and the mattress was wet, so unfortunately we couldn't change rooms until the next day. On the third night, other guests received room cards for our room and then came into our room in the middle of the night. When asked at reception they apologized to us and we were told that the room was shown as available in the system (presumably the upgrade to the new room was not noted). Still, we didn't find it amusing as our privacy was violated in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. And if we hadn't been at home, our valuables could have been stolen too. We ran out of soap on the last day and was told it was a welcome gift only. Given the circumstances, I wouldn't necessarily have expected compensation, but I would have expected at least a little attention. We didn't expect much because we knew it was low budget. But you can expect cleanliness and that you can rely on the fact that no stranger comes into the hotel room. I probably would not have given this rating if I had received at least a little attention after the event. But that with the soap was the icing on the cake.

The TV in the room did not work.

You notice that the facilities are no longer state-of-the-art, but everything is well cared for and kept clean. Unfortunately, the shower tap was leaking and the mattress of the double bed had had its day.

Some rooms are a bit older, but for the price it's ok.
