The best show of the night of Friday the 14th was the fire
Animation at night, very weak, there is no more show. The girls who sang were very long and the songs were very bad for dancing. People went to their rooms because they were bored. When it was most exciting, it was the fire that was behind the scenes.

Where it was located and the dimensions of the facility. The reception staff who attended us in the morning and very friendly buffet waiters including the maids on my floor who were 413 super friendly and attentive
We called reception at night and they told us that they would send a technician to look at the heating because we were cold and we were going with 3 children, one of them a 4-month-old baby and no one showed up and we called reception and they didn't pick it up.

The quality of the food, very acceptable for the price-quality ratio The staff in the dining room are 10, so they have to run to assemble and disassemble the tables.

Low price, low quality
The room was very nice, everything new and stylish, clean. The staff despite the magnitude of customers, always very friendly.
The reception is not made for the number of people who want to check-in, we had to wait 2 hours. The food is very little varied, tasteless, it shows that it is cooked for a large number of people, endless queues just to get meat at dinner and endless queues for breakfast to get an egg or a pancake. The water tastes bad.
