A good place
I would say that the shower tray was too small, but the water came out with enough pressure, so I don't consider it a major flaw.
The room is large, clean, comfortable and with beautiful views. The very comfortable bed. The super friendly and kind staff. The food in the restaurant is good and abundant.

Great discovery near Pontevedra
Very clean, very friendly staff and very close to Pontevedra. A perfect option to visit the area. Very friendly staff. They have a cafeteria open until 23:00, very comfortable for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The quality of the food quite good. Very comfortable bed.

Perfect value for money
Friendliness of the staff, from the waiter, kitchen, etc... We arrived just at closing time and they offered to make us something for dinner when it was not time. The room comfortable and clean. Free parking outside.
One but: the sheet had a cigarette burn, that gives a very bad image, the rest of the room being in perfect condition.

New hotel, with new rooms and facilities. Cafeteria with a wide menu of combined dishes, hamburgers... etc...
The cafeteria closes a little early at night (specifically at 23:00). In any case, it is a reasonable hour.

It could be better
The mattress was very comfortable, the shower had good pressure and the water was very hot. In the cafeteria you can have a good breakfast and at a good price.
The bed is against the wall in the corridor. Right next to it is the front door with an emergency light. This is a problem for those who cannot sleep clearly. The bathroom door was noisy when it was opened and noise from other rooms was also audible.

I paid for a more expensive room to have a view and a terrace (at least as described on booking.com) and they gave me a normal one. When I discuss it with the person who checked me in, he replies that it is full and that he does not know anything about these types of reservations. Let him ask if perhaps the next day. On work trips I don't waste time with these things; In other circumstances, I would have requested a room change, a refund, or a claim form. Obviously I won't be back when I'm working in the area.

Nothing, not even the food was good.
Old hotel, unrenovated. The first night I had to demand the heating because the room was very cold. There was a blanket in the closet all in a ball since they had not deigned to fold it and it smelled horrible musty. I had to ask them for a new one. Horrible bathroom, loose and dancing toilet seat, shower with a curtain that sticks to your back. On the floor of the room there were dead flies and the next day they were still there… Spiders is the ceiling…. A shame that they dare to offer that kind of service.

The hotel did not provide us with the already paid, booked room because they "allegedly" overbooked themselves due to a software error. We were then told to look for another hotel, which we declined. Then the person from the hotel half-heartedly took care of it after repeated requests. The room in the neighboring hotel was more expensive... We were only offered breakfast when we asked how we should deal with it, which we declined. After repeated back and forth we were then offered to pay out the difference. So we picked him up the next morning. When I asked, I was also confirmed that the hotel would take care of the cancellation and refund at Booking. Because that was still not the case after a few days, I did it myself. Fortunately, Booking was very cooperative.

Nice, but nothing for Camino pilgrims!
The staff was super nice, but unfortunately didn't speak any English. But with broken Spanish and gestures, we managed everything. We had breakfast and dinner there and it was super delicious! The portion at dinner was huge, value for money is perfect. The room was clean, fresh towels were also there.
I was on the Camino with my sister and the hotel is far too far from the path for that, Pontevedra wasn't anymore, above all we had to go far up to almost 600 meters in altitude.

Restful night at Reigosa
Nice hotel, large room, good bed. Room with terrace with mountain views. quiet, Cafeteria/restaurant downstairs with practical, diversified menu and very affordable. Stylish furniture as well as a waiting room, great for spending time as it's a roadside hotel and there doesn't seem to be much entertainment nearby. Shower an old pco.
He knew what he was going to, this being a hotel some distance from the center of town. Great for those who are going to do the Camino de Santiago to rest before arriving in Pontevedra. Soundproofing, nothing out of the ordinary for hotels.

Good road hotel.
The hotel is quite good, in a quiet location behind a gas station. The beds are very comfortable, everything is clean. Overall very good. Good value for money.
Paint the terraces with paint and I guess when it gets hot the room will be too hot, but that was not our case. Quite far if you go to Pontevedra, but if you have a car it's only 12 minutes.

I paid for a room with a jacuzzi to relax after a long drive and it didn't work. It also had spots, hair, and dead flies. In the middle of the heat and no air conditioning, just an old fan, small, with only one position and noisy. I had to work when I arrived, but I couldn't, the heat in the room was unbearable. From the moment I arrived until I tried to sleep, I was forced to be outside due to the heat in the room and also in the bar. I could not sleep after 7 hours of travel and 7 more that were waiting for me the next day. Rest was necessary. With no air, I was forced to open the windows and of course...noises from cars and trucks, their headlights, etc. since it is next to a highway and a gas station. It says on the booking that there is room service, but it's not. I got ready for dinner. Nothing happened. It's not drama but a service they advertise that they don't provide, yes a very kind waitress offered to take my dinner to the elevator. The disaster of the stay I paid to be worse than any hostel.

Very good attitude from the staff and the room is quite suitable for what we are looking for as we hardly stay at the hotel and only rest at night.

Very cheap quiet clean accommodation between Valladolid and Leon
The front desk staff were all very friendly, nice and polite to me. The accommodation is very quiet, clean and for me it was the perfect stopover between Valladolid and Leon. The bathroom is spotlessly clean, the trash was taken out every day, and the ashtray was removed from the balcony. The bed was made daily and the room was ventilated.

King size bed and bathtub that worked
The cleaning was terrible, we even found hair on the towels. The bathtub was damp, as if someone had recently used it, and the floor beneath it was also wet. There were fungi on the wall, from which the paper peeled off. And the overall design was lousy too, it looked like a military hospital with crappy white tiles in the bathroom. We have never been in such a shabby hotel and with such a tasteless design.

For the price it's very good.
We liked that the dining room has very good food and very good prices for both accommodation and dining. It had parking right in front of the hotel and a GALP gas station next door.
We didn't like that they went into the room to make a room for us without asking permission or giving us permission to do so, they didn't have a sign on the door and they didn't notify us. The bathroom was a bit like a municipal pool bathroom with a hose instead of a rubber band for the shower.

15 minutes by car from Pontevedra and very close to Pontecaldelas. We were not looking for good views, but rather a relaxing night away from home, and this accommodation exceeded our expectations. The room we chose had a double bed and a double hot tub, which we loved. Excellent value for money. We were able to eat a few sandwiches for dinner upon arrival, despite not having notified us earlier and that it was already a little late (this was very attentive on the part of the worker). In the morning we had breakfast on the terrace: delicious coffee and natural juice (as well as homemade cakes and biscuits from home). The person who visited us is also pleasant, professional and attentive. We will return without hesitation.

Stay at the hotel

Only with coffee and a variety of "tapa" served for breakfast. The staff are nice, the bed was comfortable and the terrace in the room was very spacious.
The radiator was making a lot of noise when water was entering/exiting, and I didn't see a way to turn it off.

Which is on the highway, at a gas station far from Pontevedra, 20 minutes by car. It has a fan that makes noise if you don't want to overheat. The bar downstairs does not serve a varied breakfast.

The sink was dirty, the toilet was dirty and the shower was moldy. There is heating, but it was not turned on, and at night we were cold. Very thin blankets. When we wake up and think of a hot shower, to our surprise the boiler doesn't work and they don't give us a solution, they only apologize. We drive through Galicia and see a lot of cheaper hotels and this was the worst. Considering we are traveling with a 4 year old we will not be returning.
