Excellent apartment to enjoy the beach
It is very spacious, has everything, very good location. If we go to this area we will repeat for sure.
I missed carpets in the bathrooms when I got out of the shower, to say the least. You can hear the street a lot, but it is a quiet area at this time.

If they improve the cleanliness, that's ok
The situation is very good, 5 minutes walk from Gandia beach. The area is quiet although everything you need is nearby. There is a supermarket at 200 m. The apartment has a spacious living room and a large terrace. The pool is nice with grass. All rooms have fans but no AC (that's what it says in the description).
Cleaning is poor, the floor was not washed. We showered half an hour after arriving and the water came out literally black. The rooms are small but sufficient. The doors creaked despite being fairly new. The windows don't isolate noise and some of the blinds didn't work well. There was no soap, no oil, no vinegar, no bleach, no sugar...

Great apartment with little details to improve
He let us in early. The house has been renovated and looks very good. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Very close to supermarket and Spiaggia pizzeria (excellent quality).
Sheets, pillows and towels are old and worn. A very dirty frying pan with a half-broken handle. The freezer door did not close properly and had to be taped or pressed down.

Some of the furniture was of poor quality, almost to the point of breaking.

It's good if we compare it with the prices of other apartments, but it needs a lot of improvements.
Quiet area and close to the beach. The apartment is clean.
Small double bed. Legs come off. There are no outlets near the headboard. The sheets and towels are very worn from use. The kitchen, although clean, needs a facelift as the furniture was very worn.

Exceptional
The apartment has a very good location and unusual ventilation. The pool is great. Very good cleaning in common areas and swimming pools. Very quiet area.
The handle of the kitchen was broken inside, and we were locked with a crash and no way out. The ceiling fan blades were dirty and the living room fan was also very dirty. The shower holder in one of the bathrooms was broken and couldn't be hung, it was rather uncomfortable. The screens are very beautiful, but completely impractical, a lot of water comes out from the outside, it doesn't surprise me that one of the furniture opens out of the water. You can solve the problem with curtains on the same rack that holds the glass. From the street, the entrance does not work and you need to go down to open it. Very old bedding shows that it has several uses. A dishwasher would be ideal for saving water. Very small 6 seater fridge that it offers.

Very nice apartment, but with a couple of problems.
The apartment was very well furnished and clean. The location was very good (3rd line of the beach I think I remember) and the terrace was the best in the apartment, great: very large, spacious and useful. Each of the 3 rooms had a fan that could be programmed, activated, deactivated ... associated with a light bulb, the color and intensity of which could also be changed. Large public pool, hot water and at least when we were there there were almost no people, so we were “free” and no problem.
The lock didn't work, it got stuck and we had to look for our lives because the owner said no one was complaining ... We also didn't know how wifi works and we also had to ask (the doorman and neighbors) and after being seen, only 2 users could be used at the same time.

The hosts were very punctual. They were waiting for us, so it was very easy to control the entry and exit. The best thing about the apartment is the size of the living room, two completely renovated bathrooms. Kitchen utensils and cleaning products. No problem with hot water. The common areas of the apartments are very clean and comfortable. The pool has a very wide schedule and the water is perfect. You can park on the street very close, only on weekends with difficulty. There were 6 of us and we could dine on the terrace. The beach area closest to you is ideal, at the end of the promenade, but very comfortable.
The rooms are very decent in size and the beds are uncomfortable. And bed linen and towels - a few years ago.

Practical and very affordable
The pool is really an important plus, the proximity of the apartment to the beach and supermarket. Host's predisposition to access and schedule. Convenience of parking in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
The mattresses on the beds were a little uncomfortable and not conducive to optimal rest.

Conveniently located, comfortable and very good value for money
Best of all was the location next to the beach and the fact that the complex had a swimming pool. There were ceiling fans and they were installed in all the rooms. Fairly wide terrace.
I had to wait more than two hours for the keys to be handed over. I called him an hour before arrival, and his phone was turned off, he does not answer in WhatsApp. Finally he showed up, but I had to call him on a different number that I had not contacted. There was also no toilet paper on arrival. And he bought it from us later.

Everything is phenomenal, Juan took great care of us and provided us with many amenities. If one day we return to Gandia, we will return to your apartment without a doubt.
