Unfortunately, such a beautiful house was delivered to us with an unsatisfactory level of cleanliness, in particular the kitchen, exterior and some furniture. Even when the situation was presented to the agency, the answer came two days later, they made no effort to correct the situation, but asked me for photos to demonstrate the situation, and they found ant poison in front of the front door. Frankly, I would appreciate the presence of a contact person and perhaps a suggestion to better clean some areas of the kitchen, since we have done everything else. Of course, there may be some misunderstandings, but it seems that this is their standard. Really sorry!

We went December 20th. We found several incidents: the washing machine did not work, the water heater in the sink in the kitchen did not work, the TV remote control did not work, the shower switch key in one of the bathrooms did not work. We called landline and mobile but the owner only replied that they were on holiday away from the office until the 27th, but then they didn't answer, so we contacted the Belville group in the Netherlands by phone and email (they don't have no operators, who speak Spanish) but we managed to solve the problem with the TV only after a few days. The Booking intermediary was also unable to contact the host. We had to hand wash three times in the over two weeks we stayed, but we couldn't wash our bath towels and the only laundry nearby was always busy. To solve the problem with the supply of hot water from the sink, we were offered to use a kettle. The light in the room is ambient, but not enough for reading or dining indoors, and I had to buy a cable, socket, and plug from a hardware store to improvise a lamp. No financial compensation from the Belville group, only an apology for the inconvenience.
