The beds are super uncomfortable.
The location is great
The bed has been terrible, very old mattresses, old blankets that itch. Very uncomfortable the truth. It is the only reason why we will not repeat, the rest is fine but the beds are not to return. We slept badly and it's a shame because everything else accompanied the rest.

I really liked the location and the friendliness of the reception and dining room staff. The exquisite dinner the veal was delicious and the exceptional buffet breakfast. We will be back!!
What I didn't like is that the cleaning lady at 9 in the morning made a lot of noise, I don't know if she was moving the car or the furniture, but she should take care of that a little more, especially if it's 9 in the morning.

We really liked the location of the hotel, the tranquility, how clean the room was and the attention of the staff was excellent. The breakfast was buffet and it was very varied and everything was very tasty.
We did not like that the bathroom pipes smelled very bad, we had to buy an air freshener to be able to add it from time to time because very annoying odors came out of the bathroom, we also want to emphasize that the bathroom screen was only glass and when you showered it splashed the water on the floor because there was no curtain or other glass so that the water does not come out, and the truth is that we had to put the mat to dry the water, if there was a curtain or other glass the water would not come out, especially if the The person who takes a shower is a big person, as is the case with my partner.

The room and bathroom are very spacious with wardrobe, bedside table, bench... and well placed sockets. It has enough parking spaces. The beds are comfortable.
Everything would be fine, but the bathroom and common areas need modernization, but everything works properly and performs its functions. Breakfast somewhat poor quality (fried tomatoes for toast, industrial buns...)

We opted for the breakfast option and it was quite complete in both sweet and savory. The location, if you want to move around the entire coast of Asturias and something inland, is perfect. The beds are ok and at least where we stayed we didn't feel any noise, we could sleep great.

It is located in a secluded and quiet location, close to Kandas (only 2 km of a pleasant walk along the coast) and next to the Perlora campsite. A restaurant with a terrace in the hotel itself, ample parking and proper rooms without too much pathos.
At night it was quite noisy on the terrace of the restaurant and even after 12 at night you could hear the screams of children playing and running around the hotel, I don't know, from the corridors or from the reception. In this case, it's not the hotel's fault, but the parenting, I don't think it's boring for hours to people who want to relax. For breakfast, instead of offering it on the restaurant terrace as an option, it was in the internal dining room, fully stocked, with tables pushed together that looked like barracks, which didn't seem like a good idea to me to avoid covid infection.

A very pleasant week in Asturias.
The room was a wooden hut on the side of the hotel. They are several cabins connected by two. The size is sufficient, the cleanliness is good. Yes, it is a single room for 2, 3 or 4 persons. Free parking is available for guests. Breakfast is simple but sufficient with coffee/tea/milk, pre-sliced bread, biscuits, some sweets, cold cuts (serrano ham, york ham, sliced cheese, chorizo/salami), butter, croissants, machine juices, yoghurts and some fruit . Weekends just got a little better with potato omelet, bacon, sausage, melon/watermelon and scrambled eggs. The hotel is close to several beaches but it's a bit of a walk. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly and helped us get tickets for the Gijón Aquarium with a small discount.
Perhaps the weak point is the soundproofing of the cabins, since you can hear a lot of neighbors (and we, I suppose, too).

The friendliness of the staff is exceptional, both in the hotel and in the restaurant. Although it is true that the hotel is old, it is very clean.
The pipes in the room smelled very bad and we had to plug the holes in the sink and bidet with corks and balls of paper. The half board dinners were sometimes weak with the first course, but overall the food is very good.

The hotel is in a very good location surrounded by nature, it is 150 meters from the resort town of Perlora (a very visited place) and Candas. Proper breakfast buffet for the price. Staff very helpful.
Some noise from nearby rooms, there was a children's football team and some rumble - this is normal, but silence was observed during the time.

The hotel is 3 stars and more than meets this standard. I asked if I could extend for one more day and no problem. It was a special weekend on a personal level and even though there are requests that are subject to availability, I told him about it and in less than 10 minutes they had it guaranteed. This is a conference and event hotel and they are well staffed but I can guarantee this is their best asset. Kind, close. They make you feel like a repeat customer on your first visit. Super spacious apartment.
It's getting old, but even so, it makes those things that you no longer see in big chains take on charm. I do not put but. Like everything in life, everyone has their own opinion, but for us this is already our reference hotel in the area. If you like something, why change? ... And they didn’t give me a discount for this review, and not from my family. If something could be improved or I did not like it, with education, I would say so. But this is not our case.

The breakfast is pretty good. You could choose from a variety of options. Clean and tidy with a covid theme, although queues formed in some sections. An ideal base for exploring the Asturian coast.
There was nowhere to hang / hang wet beach clothes in the cabin (usually in summer) And they are glued in pairs, so you can hear the neighbors a little. I ordered pizza for dinner and it was from the Tarradellas house... It's better to dine out.

The distance from the hotel to Gijón is short, but it is quite an industrial area and the roads between the two points are very confusing.

Everything is perfectly normal when it comes to breakfast. Location no problem. Thorough cleaning.
As an older person, I have some problems with the bathroom, it is slippery and dangerous. A handle on the wall will greatly help to avoid accidents.

phenomenal and fantastic
Ideal location near the beaches and in the geographical center of more or less Asturias and you can move around without any problems. and very good cleanliness throughout the hotel and inside and very safe from covid-19 breakfast was quite good and complete you could ask for anything you wanted
