Quiet place but few dishes.
The area where the chalet is located is very quiet, there is a supermarket nearby, which can be reached on foot.
When we entered the chalet it smelled musty, the sofa was not in very good condition, also the chalet was not very clean and the fridge was not cold. It has the right glasses, forks and teaspoons. And if you want sheets and towels you have to pay.

hellish heat
Most of all we all liked the pool. Very quiet, kids can play because it doesn't cover much and has access from home. The garden is very well kept, it's big, it has a hose, you can have a barbecue, they have a table and chairs right next to it and under the porch which provides shade and has adjustable awnings that can be accessed through the main front door or across the pool . You can park your car right on the street, there is a key access where only residents can enter and you can control it without any problems. The interior of the house is large, accessible, there is a large and comfortable sofa in the dining room, 2 bathrooms are appreciated, appliances (toaster, microwave, vitro, coffee maker) all work properly, there are enough frying pans, also a paella pan, you can take tablets for the dishwasher, there is also a washing machine car. As for cutlery, everything is in order. The beds are quite comfortable. In general, everything is clean and tidy. The house itself is very beautiful, the decoration is very neat.
What we didn't like and think they should take into account in the summer is the awful HEAT you put in there. This is what made our experience “not allowing to suffer”. They left us a fan, we already brought 1 from home just in case, I recommend taking at least 3, they were going to leave us 2, but in the end it didn’t work out. If you are one of those people who can't stand embarrassment, don't go to this place, generally everywhere in Peñiscola you spend a terrible embarrassment, it was very overwhelming. The light in the kitchen was broken it was like a nightclub when you had to go in the chairs in the dining room release bits of leather that stick to your body if you sit down it's good that I eat from the dining room and go out to the veranda with a table and chairs, the ones inside, we no longer use, the bathroom upstairs is broken, we were told only when we took the keys.... Don't forget that you have to bring EVERYTHING, the house is empty, sheets, towels, toilet paper, soap (remember ). We would also like to be able to leave a little later, we need to organize everything, collect everything and put it away in the "flash" mode, because we have to leave at 10.30, and we all know that with children (I have 4) it is very difficult to rush . To finish, in general, I would recommend the house if the owners had invested in air conditioning, otherwise I would not have returned.

Too hot in the house. Impossible to sleep. We don't have air conditioning.

Quiet and cozy place
The pool was amazing and the house is very quiet.
Lack of dishes, extractor hood in the kitchen did not work and toilet paper.

Maintenance is not available or is on vacation.
Pool, location and size.
Very hard mattresses, pillows like cigarette paper. The dishwasher has not been working for a month and the real estate agent does not report this, and the hood did not work either. There was no light in the refrigerator. When we left, it was about real estate, not an apology. The mosquito net facing the garden doesn't work properly and it's best to take it off because every time it's opened or closed it shuts off. When we approached the chalet, we were left with the door handles in our hands. For the money you spend, I find it petty to charge you for linens and towels.

Well, lack of cleanliness.
What I liked the most was the pool.

Very cool but no maintenance
Territory, swimming pool and very cool house, especially the garden and barbecue
There is no maintenance. Many things didn't work. Fan, dishwasher, toaster...
