Passable
Just a view.
Household appliances, zero, sheets and towels thrown away. We had to buy our sheets. Few dishes, dilapidated house. Only the view is beautiful and pleasant pool terrace. Rentals are avoided, the manager of the villa is unfriendly.

The house in general and its services in particular (sauna and jacuzzi).
The house lacks maintenance. And what it can't be is that you don't say anything in the booking offer, and then when you've already made a booking and there is no refund, you are told that you have to pay for electricity and water in addition to the rent.
