a quiet apartment close to the center
the kitchen . Complete with oven, dishwasher and washing machine and with soap for our use of both clothes and dishes. They do a mid-stay cleaning and change service. the cleanliness is impeccable

Good flat.
Very nice apartment for 4 with 2 bathrooms. Car park. Calme.
The sound of the garage door whose motor must be fixed on the back of the bedroom wall. Noise from 6:30!! Damage ! On the other hand we do not hear the cars which return or leave. Lack of parasol on the full sun terrace. Door condemned to access directly outside therefore passage obliged by the elevator then the staircase (about thirty steps). Lots of stairs to get down to the center and to the beach.

Ideal for disconnecting
Spaciousness and luminosity of the apartment. Pool area very comfortable. No noise and very cozy environment, suitable for relaxing and disconnecting.
Check-out was at 11:00 a.m. and from 10:30 a.m. they were knocking on the door. The rest very well.

Nice stay for a combination of work and vacation
Nice apartment to stay and work for several weeks, good wifi. Complete kitchen (equipment), large TV, beautiful sunrise (can be seen from my bed), clean swimming pool, nice sun loungers, relatively quiet environment (only a local motorway, but it is quiet during the night), easily accessible and very customer-oriented service from Jasmine/team, good weekly cleaning. Nice that there are 4 different towels per person per week (guest towel, towel, shower towel and beach towel). Sea / beach with good swimming facilities (due to calm water due to breakwaters) at a 10-minute walk. Also running along the beach with a view of the setting sun and Tenerife!
Location is about a 15-minute walk from the (big) SPAR, with a slight uphill return. No problem, but a little less 'convenience'. Arrival was disappointing because the keys did not seem to fit and the light at the main entrance and on the gallery was defective. Fortunately, both aspects were quickly rectified. Cockroach in the kitchen on arrival and evening before departure. Unfortunately, it occasionally occurs on the island, despite the good efforts in terms of cleaning and disinfection. Apartments are somewhat noisy and you can quickly hear the neighbors through the open doors. The shutters are also noisy when opening / closing. You depend on which other guests/tourists are there. I was bothered by noisy teenagers for a few nights. Despite the above, I am definitely satisfied and plan to come back.

Nice apartment for a week.
We were only in Gran Canaria for six days and stayed in this apartment. For a few days it was really fine. We found the apartment spacious enough and it was nice that there was a dishwasher, microwave and oven.
The bed was very narrow (140 cm) The equipment of the kitchen (cutlery, cups, etc.) was substandard. There were only 3 of many things, so the dishwasher was on all the time and that wouldn't be necessary if there was a little more of everything. No air conditioner in the room. You don't miss it in the winter, but I don't want to think about lying in a bed of 140cm wide without air conditioning in the middle of summer :-) And the TV didn't work. Our neighbor had Dutch channels and we had nothing.

Very quiet area and very spacious apartment. Perfect to spend a few days in the area.
It did not have enough basic things like oil, salt, etc. It's a pain to have to buy those things for stays of 1 or 2 nights.

Great apartment close to everything
Great apartment with entrance at street level. Morning sun on the balcony. Not so many apartments, quiet and nice. Quite a reasonable distance to the waterfront and the city. Water and coffee available when we arrived.
Always think that it would have been nice to have a little more cups and dishes, so you don't have to wash dishes so often.

Decent apartment, close to the start of mountain hikes, and an acceptable distance to the city centre.
The furniture on the veranda could have been much better. The washing machine did not work.

Good facilities and Bad emergency service.
The amenities were pretty good.
You don't have anyone to turn to if an emergency arises, they give you a number, but in our case no one picked up the phone or answered our messages. Thanks to our neighbors it was possible to resolve the incident, which is because of the "apartment staff"...

Clean and nice apartment
The apartment was clean and in good condition with the necessary equipment. Small but nice and clean outdoor area with a decent pool and enough sunbeds. Cleaning in the middle of the week was absolutely wonderful by pleasant staff.
The caretaker could take a look at cupboard doors etc. in the kitchen and bedroom... no big problem but most of the doors rattled a bit.

Fantastic
The apartment was just like the photos, a large kitchen with all kinds of appliances, a spacious living room, a great bathroom and a bedroom. The bedroom had a pool view. They left us some coffee capsules and single doses of oil that we appreciate a lot. We will keep it in mind for another time.
To say something, parking difficult to locate. Although there is easy parking just outside the apartment.

Peace of mind and comfort
Located in a quiet area. Fully equipped apartment with a common pool. The last day they closed the pool for renovations and they offered us free entry to a beach club and a discount on drinks (they also offered transportation to there). The staff is super friendly.
What would make it perfect would be that it had air conditioning, with the fan it was not enough

Welcome facilities and privileges such as coffee and water capsules. Cleaning and replacement of towels, midweek It is spectacular, large, comfortable and full of detail. Totally recommended, especially if you have a rental car. The clothesline was a bit unstable and upon commenting on the incident, we were able to have another one immediately. My congratulations to the rental management as well as the cleaning staff.
Lack of air conditioning, to say the least. There are fans.

8 Days 9 Nights
- It's super clean. It had been a while since I had been in such a clean apartment. The fridge smelled clean of bleach. For that part a 10. - The towels, very new and well-cared sheets. - Brand new ballet and scourer - welcome detail: some capsules, sugar cubes and some individual oil - It is very easy to park on the street. We don't use the garage at all. -The attention by WhatsApp is wonderful and fast. - We could stay until 9:00 p.m. in the apartment for €30 more. It is a detail that they give the option if the apartment is still free. - the area is very quiet, but the beach is awful. It is worth going to Anfi which is next door -As we stayed for more than a week, cleaning was included. It seemed that they had given us the apartment again, from how clean they left everything. They added a welcome detail again.
- Something that has surprised me a lot is that there were only 4 hangers in the entire apartment. 4!!! For a stay of more than a week… - Missing utensils. If you go on a weekend, maybe you won't miss it, but in a 9-day stay like ours, things seem fundamental to me: Something to put the dishes/cutlery to dry, a traditional Italian coffee maker or a minimum of two pans (there is a frying pan and a saucepan). Regarding the crockery, it is practically numbered so that it does not accumulate (4 plates-4 glasses). I think it's great, but then I don't understand what's the point of a dishwasher. At least to me putting it with so little seems to me a waste of money, when money could be invested in kitchenware that is necessary. - The apartment is located in a ravine, so there is a road (the one mentioned in other comments) about 100 meters from the apartment. Being in an area like "de valle" it echoes and the cars make more noise. It is a problem that all the surrounding buildings have. It is not that there is a lot of traffic, but it is heard.

An ideal accommodation to spend a few days in the southern area in a more peaceful way.
The communication with the company was great, as well as being super attentive both at the entrance and at the exit. The area is very quiet and very familiar. Everything is clean and the cleaning girls are lovely.
Although it is hot outside, it condenses much more inside because there is no air flow. In the shower the water comes out when you shower because there is no screen. There are few utensils in the kitchen but the essentials. And as a drawback, I would say that you have to turn around a lot in the urbanization to enter the building.

Great and affordable place to stay
Excellent apartment. Spacious and clean. The large kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, capsule coffee maker, dryer and all necessary kitchen utensils. They leave coffee capsules, washing powder, dishwasher and fabric softener. The complex has parking with an elevator to the floor. Balcony with a view in most apartments. It is located in a residential area, there are no commercial establishments nearby, so it is very quiet. Of course, you will need transportation to get around the area just to buy something.
This information is intended for the owners of this complex. They don't allow pets and there were 6 dogs in different apartments. But there is a sign in the pool that prohibits pets from using the common areas. Check if they are allowed or not. Sun beds are reserved when there are only about 20 for 21 apartments. Countless people make their way as guests, with us, for example, 10 people lived in an apartment for 4. The screen in the shower is very short. Every time it was used, the entire bathroom had to be mopped up. It is very inconvenient when several people use it. Cabinet doors need a handle or handle. If it is closed, then it is difficult to open it. These are points to consider, but they do not stop me from wanting to repeat, because I think this is a good place to spend the summer.

Good place to stay
It's like pictures. 10 minutes walk from the beach and the area with bars, restaurants... The apartment was very clean and they have details like care water, coffee... in addition to hair dryer and gel.
In general everything is fine, but since there is no one to enforce the rules, there were people who booked sunbeds (this should not be possible). There are days when the pool is more crowded and a lot of places were "reserved" during opening hours.

New spacious apartment with nice and cozy finishes, it had a balcony much appreciated to have breakfast or dinner there, well equipped with hair dryer, all/basic kitchen utensils, dolce gusto coffee maker, water heater etc. in addition to the detail of leaving a couple coffee capsules, tea, mini jars of oil, vinegar, packets of salt and sugar, dishwasher tablets... The beach is a 10 minute walk, it's a short walk but very convenient. all in all very good

Spacious apartment with all amenities
The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, even with private parking. The kitchen has everything you need, including a welcome detail with coffee capsules, infusions, water bottles, etc. In our case, we were allowed to enter earlier than the set time, which is very valuable. We had no problem with noise or crowds in the pool which we liked although it is true that it is a bit small but enough to cool off. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds.

Good value for money.
loft type apartment, spacious rooms, each room has a bathroom, the hostel has a swimming pool, good location if you are by car, as it is less than 20 minutes to Maspalomas, everything worked properly, well equipped kitchen, with terraces, enough to stay on all day long and not go out.
I would like to point out that there is no air conditioning in the room, before going to bed it was not a problem because it is a place that cools down at night, in addition, each room has a fan that works quite well and the other was cleaned before bed. upon checking in we realized how dirty the kitchen was, we had to clean it again with the products we bought.

The property is fabulous, spacious and bright. Equipped with a large terrace overlooking the sea and a communal pool. Well clean with all amenities from washing machine to dishwasher and coffee machine... Greeted like we were at home with small welcome gifts: water, coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar etc... which makes a difference and a lot of fun if you arrive late in the evening after 22:00. Excellent location both in relation to the center of Arguineguin and in relation to the opportunity to visit the most beautiful beaches of Playa Amadores, Playa di Anfi, Puerto Morgan and the dunes of Maspalomas, as well as Roque Nublo. I also congratulate you on the timeliness and efficiency in solving minor problems that arose during your stay. I highly recommend. Very comfortable, exceptional value for money !!!

The apartment is very spacious, there are plenty of towels, there is a coffee maker and a toaster, left us dish soap, washing powder and fabric softener for the washing machine. The location is quite good, it is a very quiet and beautiful urbanization. I would definitely go again.
To say something, the shower screen is small and when you shower some water comes out, you have to be careful.

Well, this is a large duplex apartment, two bathrooms, two bedrooms that open onto the pool terrace, a spacious living room with a large kitchen equipped with everything you need. With the right to a garage space. Very quiet area and surrounded by very stylish houses. You can walk to the city and its coast. Kindness to let us into the apartment before the set time.
The only thing is that getting there is not very easy, there are many detours and especially to the parking lot, the entrance to the apartment is at the top, and the parking lot is at the bottom.

accomodation as in the photo, very large and beautiful detail left cold water in the fridge and a few capsules of coffee, tea, oil, etc. communication with the company was great and very flexible
there were some things that i think could be improved although overall the apartment is very nice and i will repeat without a doubt the apartment was clean but not overly thorough the bed in the bedroom which was large had two small duvets on it was a bit uncomfortable, it was missing a lot of kitchen utensils and the bathroom cistern was constantly clogged, something I had already read in a comment that they didn't solve

Nice apartment if you rent a car
The apartment is large and has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, dryer... as well as detergent and dishwasher. Pool and shower towels. There are plenty of parking spaces on the same street where it is located and the pool is ok.
I understand that cleaning is paid separately, but three rolls of toilet paper for a stay of 9 days for two does not seem enough to me. This is the only negative I can put.

Spacious apartment with a good layout, relatively new and modern. Nice terrace where you can have breakfast and dinner outdoors. The views are not very pretty, but the terrace is appreciated. It has a parking space, a big hit. An ideal place to relax. It has a sofa bed, success. Good value for money. Would recommend, although it's hard to relax in the pool.
Even though it is located in a large and quiet urbanization, the guests (I don't know if they are owners or tenants) make peace and quiet very difficult. The pool is small compared to the number of apartments there, which means that it is immediately crowded with people and swimming is sometimes difficult. We matched up with families (apartments 301 and 302) in which adults and children were so noisy (shouting, singing, etc.) in the pool area that it was difficult for me to have a conversation with my partner in the hammocks. In addition to the noise, people climbed into the pool with bottles of beer (glass), children played with balls and mats, etc. In general, it is very difficult to find peace in the pool area and enjoy swimming. The bed is ok, although the pillow was not very comfortable. Likewise, I suggest upgrading the bathroom as when you take a shower the water comes out as it does not have a wall to wall screen but a glass door that reaches the middle of the shower tray. The bathroom gets pretty damp, so you need to dry off. We do not have enough air conditioning to cope with the high temperatures.

Everything is fine !!
My partner and I went on vacation for 10 days, though the house is the same as in the photo, the pool to my greatest surprise. Super comfortable and big room, bathroom and shower are great too and the kitchen is the best, it has cooking utensils and cleaning utensils. The area is very quiet and you have parking at the door of the house if you don't want to use the garage.
The only drawback we have is not an apartment, but a district, it takes a long time to get to the apartment, and leave from there by car

Nice place for a good price
Quiet area and well equipped apartment. Large bed and comfortable mattresses. Waste baskets, shower gel, dish soap, dishwasher and washing machine are available. Modern furniture, built-in wardrobes and quite spacious rooms. Convenient street parking, although there is underground parking. Simple check-in with keys at the box office at the entrance.
The balconies overlook the avenue, along which most of the cars driving up to the residential areas of the area pass. There are few traffic jams at night, but sleeping with the windows open can still be annoying.

Holidays in Gran Canaria
The apartment is great, spacious, clean, with a terrace... everything is like new. Very comfortable beds, parking by the door, kitchen with everything you need... On arrival we had two bottles of water in the kitchen, a great detail. Although there is no one to check how fantastic they communicate, no problem.
We didn't find a garage, but we didn't need it, since we left the car at the door.

Nice clean apartment, great value for money
Quiet area ideal for relaxation. The apartment is nice, big and modern. I recommend renting a car due to the location. There is always a parking space in front of the house, so we don't have to use the garage. From the rooms we have direct access to the pool which was really great. The staff were very pleasant, sociable and helpful.

Quiet 15 minutes from the beach
It was a small, quiet complex. The apartment was well equipped. Parking is included in the price. It was well located as it was a 15 minute walk to the beach and a supermarket.
What I liked the least was that after 17:00 the sun more or less does not shine in the pool. Another thing I didn't like is that there is no contact person in the whole apartment building in case of an emergency. If something happens outside of business hours set by the hosts, you have no one to turn to.

The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and very bright. It had a small terrace overlooking a very quiet street. There was a parking option but we didn't use it, it was easily parked while we were driving. Very happy

suitable for short breaks
Everything was very easy - from check in to check out - nice, big apartments - great garage space - great location to walk to Arguineguin and 2 beaches! !
As mentioned by a few people, the dishes are not enough if you want to use the big dishwasher!!!! As a sample, 3 espresso capsules are offered - you could order 18 pieces - but no espresso cups - I used a glass of water!!! ok in emergencies! For a 10 night stay, a change of bed linen and towels is appropriate ———- the relatively busy Avenida Mensi can be a problem for noise sensitive people!!!!

Not for families with small children
The apartment is huge and the pool was almost never crowded.
As an accommodation recommended for families, we found a nasty attitude from the residents of the complex, because apparently during the day the children made a lot of noise playing... which was not true. Let's disturb them while they are not playing/talking on the terrace and balcony of the apartment. They made our stay unpleasant. We were also surprised that in order not to smoke in the apartment, it smelled strongly of tobacco.

Like at home
Wifi was perfect throughout the hotel. The apartment was very well equipped. Having a garage was a luxury although there were plenty of parking spaces outside. It was pretty quiet, you couldn't hear your neighbors. They responded quickly to messages.
The cleanliness in the bathroom left much to be desired, there was a piece of paper in the toilet and it was clear that the mirror was not clean. The cistern was broken and we had to lift the lid to manually activate it. There were no batteries in the TV remote control.

Good size of the apartment. There was both a dishwasher and a washing machine in the kitchen. The shower was spacious, and there were plenty of towels. Nice and clean pool.
I wish there were more dishes and glasses in the apartment.

Nice apartment that we enjoyed at a good price. Will probably come again when we have a longer stay.
Good wifi. Norwegian TV channels. Equipped with a washing machine. With a couple of exceptions, it was very quiet.
Better chairs on the terrace since we had a large terrace. Heated pool would have been great.

An excellent choice for vacationers in Arguineguin or Patalavaca.
Clean and modern accommodation. The bed and other furniture in the apartment are very clean and in good condition. Morning coffee and breakfast was a pleasure to enjoy on the balcony while watching the sunrise. The washing machine was a huge plus for those on a long trip. The location is also very good. The area is a quiet suburban area with many good walking or open trails. About 5 minutes walk to the villages. A taxi ride, if you have a lot of luggage, for example, costs only about 3.50 euros. Pleasant stay with few but
Amplitude. We did not expect it to be so wide. Small but very functional terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Right location and very quiet.
The sheets were small and the beds themselves a little uncomfortable. It lacks maintenance and general cleaning. Hot water is limited, and if several people take a shower, the result is barely warm, almost cold. The garage is not on the same floor as the apartment and is accessed from a different street.

Good place to live
A new and fairly spacious apartment, furnished with modern furniture and all necessary appliances. Located in a very quiet area, has a decent sea view. Swimming pool on site. In principle, nothing is enough for a relaxing holiday, including towels for the pool.
Unfortunately, not all of them, so you need to have the means to fully enjoy your vacation. The beds are (traditionally) 2 singles side by side, so comfort is lost, and the mattresses could be more comfortable. In addition, during the 10 days of stay, towels and bed linen were never changed.

General cleanliness should be better. The hair from the previous guest on the broom and toilet brush had to be replaced three times. The cutlery was partly washed out from a previous guest in the dishwasher. The cleaners need to do a better job. Preferably a vacuum cleaner.

Comfortable apartment, fully equipped with all the necessary machines, with a good view, very clean and well located. We didn't use the pool but it looked very nice.
Lack of tablecloth and some kitchen utensils but nothing essential.

Have a nice stay as always.
We were given the same apartment as last time (April) with the same stains on the curtains and on the bedroom wall. This room needs painting.
We have been three times and it is a very comfortable place, very quiet, with everything you need for both short and long stays. It was a good moment to turn on the fan, because without it we would not have survived inside, as this area of the island is very hot, despite the dates. It has a capsule coffee maker (they leave a few and sell them when they run out), a microwave, napkins, waieta, a nail saver and detergent. There will be enough dishes in it for four (with the exception of a few items, of which there are only two left). There is a shower gel dispenser. The apartment is very comfortable and having its own parking provides a lot of security and comfort, although there is a lot of street parking in the area as it is a residential area and not a tourist area. They leave free towels for the pool, there is a washing machine and a cleaning room. The TV is big and looks good, the sofa is comfortable as is the bed which has plenty of pillows and bedding. It has a very nice little terrace with chairs and a table overlooking the pool. The kitchen is spacious and the dining room seats four very comfortably. It is located near the Arguineguin area. If you don't have a car, you will arrive in 10-15 minutes on foot. In short, a good place to be. The area is not touristy and good restaurants are far away, but there are places to walk and eat.

Complete and very comfortable apartment
The whole apartment is very nice, the bed is very comfortable and the sofa is the same. You have everything to spend 1-2 weeks without worrying about anything. You can cook, wash, etc. and thus save good money. It has private parking but you can also park at the same door so I didn't even use it. The place is quiet and there is no noise from the street. I'll repeat.

Fantastic
We stayed 1 full week (my partner and myself), great apartment for two. Fully equipped kitchen, they left water and coffee for us to have breakfast. Bathroom with soap dispenser and clean towels and the room is very well located and quiet. If you are looking for a place to relax, this is what you need.
The only downside I would point out is that I contacted the owner to confirm if the bed was a double bed and they confirmed it was, but when I arrived at the apartment it wasn't, it was a twin bed together.

Incredible value for money!
The beds are very comfortable, which is the most important thing for us. Everything was clean. They also left us two bottles of water in the fridge and some coffee capsules for breakfast. Modern and spacious place. They left us towels for the pool, samples of cream, shampoo, gel, conditioner, although there is a shampoo / gel dispenser in the shower, which was enough for us for the entire stay. Also a new washcloth and cleaning products. It has a washing machine (which works very well), an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a fridge... oh well, you're right at home.

I would repeat
Everything was excellent, from the attitude of the staff to the quality of the installation. It is located in a very quiet and beautiful area, next to the complex there are several options for natural pools and beaches, namely about 10-15 minutes walk. Too bad we couldn't stay until 20:00 on the day of check out as there was another entrance, but me and my partner loved it and would do it again.
They should consider installing an air conditioner. If it's true that they give us a fan, but it's still very hot and you don't have a very good rest.

Everything was perfect, no complaints. As a suggestion, I would suggest putting a canopy on the terrace as the sun is full in the morning and you cannot enjoy it.

The apartment is very good value for money. Urbanization with swimming pool and hammocks is the best apartment.
The kitchen is equipped with very basic kitchen utensils. In some cases, we skip some other household items. The apartment is terribly hot. It is true that there was a heat wave a few days before our arrival. But in the following days it did not become cold in the apartment, as there was no air flow. Fortunately, the apartment has a fan, otherwise it would be impossible to live there.

Modern and clean furniture and amenities. Includes a swimming pool. Good location if you have a car: in a quiet residential area, 1 km from the center of Arguineguin and a little further from Patalavaka.
The only thing that we didn’t like was that the hotel did not have a luggage storage room, since in case of new guests, check-in at 11 o'clock is required.

Nice spacious apartment with a lot of quietness. A washing machine and dishwasher are available in the large kitchen. The entrance to the apartment was well organized.
No staff and it takes a long time to get answers through booking.com. Warm room with a fan. There is a lot of construction in the area. We requested a transfer from the airport to the hotel, but unfortunately this was not arranged.

Spacious, clean duplex, well equipped kitchen (all you need is a juicer and a slightly larger saucepan), pool and good location in the south of the island.
In general, the little things are relevant. Some tourist information was missing. At some point, the smell of pipes smelled, but on time. Some of the steps are hollow, which creates noise when descending / ascending.

Impressive facilities, a pool for 15 excellent apartments and a garage are very positives. The beds were very comfortable as was the sofa bed. Kitchen utensils with everything needed were enough to spend a very good week
There were only two things we didn't like: the first was that there was a piece of melted cheese on the counter, the chance it touched us, and the door latch was tight, but the location felt terrible for what we like to move. around the island, because to get to the apartment, you had to go through endless turns and then there is no traffic in the city, at 10 o'clock everything closes and there is nowhere to drink, or eat ice cream or walk and see something, because it is sad

A luxury getaway for those seeking tranquility
It is a very quiet area, the apartments are better than most in the area in the sense that they seem brand new, the kitchen is VERY COMPLETE compared to other residential complexes (good fridge, oven, coffee capsules). These are really apartments in which you can live. Both duplex and separate apartments are recommended.
At the very least, the pool can be heated in winter so that you can enjoy it. For the rest, I cannot think of any other problem. Another thing to keep in mind for those looking for an all-day pool is that from 15:00 the sun does not shine in the hammock or pool area.

The hotel is very well located, in a quiet area, 5 minutes from the nearest beach and very close to Maspalomas, we loved the room, very clean and everything is ok The pool was also a big plus! The concern and quick response of the owners, on the first day we saw that the washing machine was not working and giving notice on Saturday morning at 8:00, they came in a few hours and replaced the washing machine. I will recommend this accommodation to my family and friends. The quality-price ratio is unbeatable.
Everything perfect, the only negative thing was to have for 2 days the neighbors of the apartment, young and uncivil, who made noise until 4:00 in the morning, this fact is completely foreign to the apartments, I made a complaint and they warned them, they were concerned and apologized for the inconvenience, even though it was not the responsibility of the owners, the rest of the tenants, perfect, including families with small children.
