They were exceptionally kind. I was traveling with my partner, mother and pet. They helped us find a way to celebrate New Year's Eve when everything was closed. They put a bed for my dog and a drinker, and there was no lack of details and amenities to make our stay very pleasant. I felt at home. i will come back if i can
there is no elevator, but it is something common in such a historical building

It is a beautiful building and very well decorated, it retains the charm of the original building with indications of the history of the rooms. The room was sober but sufficient, very pleasant.
It was very difficult for us to heat the room, being an old building with very high ceilings and thick walls, it was difficult to get warm because we were unlucky enough that the weather was a bit cold.

NOISE FROM THE HEATING APPLIANCES. DOES NOT LET YOU SLEEP. THE NOISE OF CARS PASSING THROUGH THE STREET.
