Although everything was clean, the smell of tobacco was quite unpleasant, it even ate into the pillows. There is a "no smoking" sign, but they put 2 ashtrays in the room... 🤷🏻‍♂️ There is a lot of noise from the staff corridor. From the bed you can hear: "the bill will be 2'30, do you want a copy?", at some points it cuts the roll a little.

I was cold and even if I called to say so, a small fridge would be nice, the lighting was poor, the lover's set was very insipid for 22 euros.

The food should improve a lot, it's all frozen and packaged. Everything else is spectacular.

I don't like that when I enter the room I see that the light in the bathroom is not working (I think this is an important detail since they sell a lot of their jacuzzis) then they leave personal hygiene products, they could leave two shampoos or two conditioners (whatever) ..was 1 shampoo, comb and some more. I went to the places with the best prices and they had more details than shh...since they stick to the minimum they can give you...they don't leave any details in the room. And I say all this because it costs €155 for 12 hours in my chosen room, and I think a welcome detail would be nice, or at least personal hygiene products for two.

Perhaps the worst thing is that in the morning there was noise from the staff in the corridors. The food wasn't great, but not bad either. I must also say that the entry and exit are a bit poorly put together, supposedly you are going to this place for privacy (this was not my case), but the phones for the entry and exit barriers are terrible! you have to start shouting to be understood and turn off the engine to be heard.

Maybe it's a bit pricey, the simplest room cost us 84 euros.

We only had jacuzzi "foaming" gel once. The room heats up unevenly, very hot in bed and less in the jacuzzi area (in winter). There are many stairs; be careful with wet feet. We believe that the layout and orientation of the bathroom could be improved. The hotel is quite tucked away in a polygon which can be good or inconvenient depending on the circumstances.

That Wi-Fi paid in addition to the room charge, I think that now it is free in any hotel. The bathtub is a decent size, luckily we are not very big because two 1.80m tall people can't fit! The DVD didn't work. It can also be closer to the city because if you want to go out for dinner or a drink you can't because you have to take a car for everything.

Value for money, I honestly expected something more. There is not a large towel in the bathroom, something I didn't like. Otherwise, everything is fine, the atmosphere is good, quiet and very pleasant, again, that is, in another room !!!!

The only thing we didn’t like was the staff who had to call 4 times at night to open the door for us to go to dinner, also telling them that we were in a hurry because we had a reserve to the restaurant, first call which i did. The person who visited me told me that we had to pay for the room and the two Coca-Colas we requested when the room was paid a month before and that they don't open the door for two Coca-Colas seems excessive to me. telling him that we're going to go back AND counting on the fact that if we left they had our IDs and reservations so we could provide our card number so it's incomprehensible. The 4th call was already because we waited 15 minutes for them to open in the car, which we did not expect and did not feel good.

Long hair from other clients was strewn on the floor, and the bathroom smelled of pipes. The shower floor is a bit dilapidated. We placed two orders for the kitchen and both were delivered incorrectly. Dinner took almost an hour and had nothing to do with it (two fried fillets and fries). For our taste, cooking should be at room level. A bit more expensive though.

The bed was making a lot of noise

There was a letter in the bathroom saying that certain products were available to us, but they were no longer there. Then the jacuzzi light did not work properly. The TV in the bedroom is a bit outdated.

- I was unable to independently check in because I was not sent the correct booking code. This entailed constant phone conversations with the receptionist to get in, which was rather inconvenient. - The garage door did not open, because if I did not notify the reception of my departure, I was not allowed to leave. -Also on arrival I had no wifi password paper or towels and toiletries, I had to contact the administration again. -The bathroom had paper with what belonged to the room and when I asked they indicated they made a mistake ... and they didn't bring me what they indicated. In short, it is not worth paying so much for the mismanagement they have.

I paid before invoicing for what I ordered and as soon as I left the premises I realized that dinner was paid twice, not once, let alone, the staff served very well 24 hours on the phone and came c leave you what you asked for in less than 8-10 minutes

Terrible wifi. We spent over an hour asking for a username and password, and when they brought it to us, it didn't work. After many calls, after 2 hours it was requested, we would have time to start and finish the movie we wanted to watch. We were not offered anything as compensation. We were so worried that we were paying so much per night and spending so much time solving such a simple problem. The robes had no belts. The shower head is not working properly.

If you want to exit or enter, you need to call and they will automatically open for you, the door has an automatic time to close and you have to "believe" that no one is entering or that nothing is happening, or wait for it to close which is what i did. A key or command may be missing. One of the two showers did not work.

Reception because we were assigned a room number upon arrival, but two turns later our garage door was still closed and we had to go back to reception. WiFi connection, first we had to call reception to ask for user number and password as it was not in the room, besides it gave errors every two times three and could not be used as if they were not Wi -Fi. When we turned off the music, we realized that the room was not really soundproof, we imagined that since this is room number 1, then the reception should be close, as we constantly heard how the girls who work in the motel move the furniture , utensils cooking, yelling at each other, etc.

I was there many years ago, and now little care is taken of it. On the TV there are no longer those channels that were before, neither xx, nor sat, and everything is quite old, it can be seen that it has not been updated much. The first time was spectacular, but this time I expected more

The shower didn't work... in addition, water leaked out from under the screen and flooded the bathroom floor... water leaked from the bidet too... had to ask for towels and robes... the cleaners made a lot of noise at 7am in the hallways...for how expensive...didn't like it at all...won't go back

Ordinary food, missing accessories such as extra towels and a set of toiletries (shampoo gel, bathrobe and slippers...)

We did not have enough comfortable seating area, there is only one table and two chairs, not very comfortable. Poor dinner and lousy continental breakfast.

Everything is hyper used, it can be seen that the water has done a lot of damage. In the shower, the wood is loose and convex, the jacuzzi even has large holes. Lots of traces of lime in the faucets... The glass table is very scratched. And with this covid you are only left with 2 small towels and 2 glasses, no amenities. For 160 euros/night... It would not hurt to clarify some details.

Wouldn't recommend ordering food as the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. It shows that the food is frozen and we did not like the quality of the product at all.

I had nothing but glycerine soap and two washcloths.

We found 4 red nail polishes in the room. Some of the lamps didn't work. Water seeped into the car garage. The price of the room is a bit more expensive. There is no refrigerator in the room.

When we went it took them a long time to bring us TPV to charge us.

Least of all was that the room was not very clean, there was hair on the bed from other customers, there was also hair in the jacuzzi and the toilet was not clean, there were traces of blood.

Entry through the parking lot is not secure.

It would be ideal if there was a fridge and a soap option with more bubbles or bath salts to make your stay even more enjoyable.

I have gone a couple of times and I always complain about the same thing, about the light in the bathroom mirror. It is an annoying light when it comes to fixing your hair, mainly because you don't see yourself in the mirror even if you put yourself under the light.

In general, super cozy and super good, but what do they tell you that there are pay channels and the TV that was in bed didn't even have HD and the one below didn't have any pay channels.
