The spaciousness of the room.
I think the breakfast was below par. For me, I lack eggs and yogurt, these two foods are almost obligatory in buffet-style breakfasts.

Friendly and familiar treatment
An EXCELLENT treatment of all the staff, especially the receptionist. He helped us a lot, and gave us very useful information about transport in the area.
