Peace and quiet both in the room and throughout the house. The pool was large, clean and very pretty. There were all kinds of recreational items around. The room is very quiet and with a large terrace to spend time at night. Everything was full of details of very good taste. And finally, the guests were very friendly and always ready.

Great offer and studio 10 for the holidays

Most of all I liked to feel at home. Quiet atmosphere, swimming pool, BBQ (with everything to make a BBQ) the studio had everything, but when I say everything, it means everything: hair dryer, make-up remover milk, facial toner, hair towels (ladies), kiosk , a dolce gusto coffee maker, hammocks throughout the huge garden, mosquito repellants and an infinite number of other things... we are sure we will repeat! And the deal with Katya and Philip was 10! On the first morning they brought us a cake for breakfast, cake, by the way, you will lick your fingers!

A very warm and professional welcome from our hosts Katy and Philip. The accommodation was excellent, very comfortable and very well equipped. We felt at home with Katie and Phil. They run the residence with heart and soul. She looked after us to make sure we were lacking in nothing. Nothing was too much for them. We slept in a beautiful studio with a romantic view! We could see the sunrise from our bed !! The breakfast was delicious and I loved Katy's daily baked goods. Thanks to her many tips, we got to know the area and enjoyed the beautiful region around Valencia. We will definitely return!

This is a beautiful home surrounded by tranquility, nature and harmony. We spent a long weekend and it was true. Perfect to get out of your routine and enjoy the summer in the huge beautiful pool. We were in a deluxe suite with a terrace, impressive apart from the beautiful setting, you have a huge terrace with everything you need where you can enjoy the spectacular sunrise, sunbathe and see the stars in the best privacy. Very comfortable bed and pillows and the cleanliness is better than great. I haven't seen anything cleaner in a long time. Charming, attentive and close owners, a couple who will make you feel at home for a few days of vacation with everything you dream of.

Very nice room and bathroom with a large beautiful terrace with a beautiful view of the valley. Everything has been thought out with the utmost care. Nice garden with great seating areas and a nice pool. Very welcoming owners with all sorts of advice on where to eat in the area and in Valencia and what to do in the area.

I stayed with my partner for a few days and we felt at home. They welcomed us with open arms and were above all very friendly and welcoming, the house was a beautiful villa in an ideal location to turn off the beautiful views, they were very attentive to us and treated us like family. Everything was very clean and comfortable. They also advised us where to visit, the room was like a fairy tale, we loved every detail of the whole hotel. Everything is very detailed, I highly recommend it. I will definitely come back as many times as I can, they are very friendly people, we are very lucky that we stayed and were able to meet these wonderful people.

A very large and cozy chalet. We rented 3 rooms and had a great weekend. Comfortable beds, clean and equipped rooms, and lovely hosts who provided us with all the comforts in the world to enjoy our holiday. Highly recommended and if I return to the area I will stay again. There are supermarkets nearby where you can buy something.

The usefulness of this room type is not properly explained as it does not look like a hotel making your bed and changing your towels (we didn’t change the shower towels) and is not an apartment as it doesn’t have any equipment.

I loved the rooms, everything is very modern, clean, we were missing nothing and the owners of the people are very friendly and attentive.

Very nice, comfortable and modern studio with a fully equipped kitchen. Clean! Private terrace in front of the studio with dining table, chairs and barbecue. Even a beautiful private garden gazebo with lovely sun loungers. Here you can relax in the evening in good light or candlelight (we will also look for these chairs at home!) There is also a beautiful spacious pool, around which you can sunbathe or lie in the shade. Sun loungers and a hammock are provided. And an outdoor shower. French owners Cathy and Philippe are very nice and approachable people. You can always ask questions, recommend, etc. They know a lot about the region. Chatting is fun too! This accommodation option is very suitable if you want to visit Valencia. Only half an hour away by car. But this is also great for relaxation. The area around the hotel is quiet but close to facilities such as restaurants and supermarkets. We will come here again if we go this way again!
