UNPRESENTABLE

This is not a studio, but a small room with a terrace, bathroom, fridge and microwave.
The sympathy and kindness of Cesar and Philippe. Its good location. The bathroom is comfortable. The terrace is spacious and has a table with two chairs and also offers incredible mountain views. The silence of a natural enclave.
Although it looks like a studio of almost 30 meters with a terrace, it is a small room with a hanger and no wardrobes, with only room for a bed and not even room for a chair. This room has a small fridge-freezer, microwave and small worktop. There is no stove, no sink, no utensils in this room. The common areas such as the kitchen and patio were not clean.

Quiet and nice place to spend a few days.
Very quiet and cozy place, perfect to spend a few days, we only stayed for one night but had a great time, Felipe, very attentive host, we will be back.

Small house, but with what you need
Place inside, close to all of Mojacar, very quiet, you can sleep in the middle of nature, great price compared to what they asked for in the beach area and we were 10 minutes away by taxi!
Access is a bit poor, with a big car a bit tricky.

NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SITE. THEY SHOULD REMOVE IT FROM THE NETWORK
The treatment was terrible and also it was not what I chose, when I arrived I didn't have what I paid for. It was very dirty and the owner's attention was terrible.
I didn't like anything. Upon arrival, there was construction on the site, garbage, the site did not meet hygiene standards, the owner himself was dirty, he looked deplorable.

Incredible
Philippe's treatment was the best during the stay, you can see the effort and dedication he put into the rural house which has been refurbished and retained its charm, it has an incredible view that you can see while sitting on the terrace. From what you've told us, the house continues to improve, creating new spaces for guests. Philippe was very nice, recommended places to go, places to eat, bus schedules, etc. Another highlight of the house were his animals, two dogs and a cat, affectionate and funny. I wish all stays were in such a pleasant place with such an exciting company.

Different stay in a special place
Very good location, 5 minutes walk from the center and with parking. Emphasize the kindness of Philippe, who is always helpful and has a very interesting conversation.

Family day in Mojakar
That the apartment was large and with a large terrace, although we could not enjoy it due to the high temperatures. It is also very well located to enjoy the vibrant city of Mojacar at night.

A few beautiful days
The host's treatment was refined and friendly. A good conversationalist and attentive to any problem that may arise. The place is charming and very close to the city. And I want to highlight the silence of the night, the pleasure of falling asleep peacefully. We will definitely be back soon.

Quite sloppy and shabby. Cozy room, although somewhat dirty. Clean towels and sheets, bathroom too, but floor ... Refrigerator is on air and it sounds a lot. Also the bed frame.

Quiet, authentic and warm, ideally located in Mojacar.
Philip's greeting makes you feel at home. This Casa Rural is less than 10 minutes' walk from the center of Mojacar. It's quiet here, which is a big plus. Looking back, we wish we could have stayed for a few days!
Nothing to report. We had the smallest room, no view. But Philip has other magnificent rooms and apartments! Feel free to ask for it.

For a short stay.
Flexible entry times. Friendly staff. Large and clean room. Private bathroom in the room, it has a small refrigerator, air conditioning and TV. Located in the city of Mojacar.
In general, we did not expect the accommodation to be like this. This is an old house, renovated over 100 years, on a farm where rooms were rented out. The owner lives in this house with his dog.

If you are walking with a dog and love nature, ideal spot.
The location is great, you have the tranquility of a farmhouse but just a short walk from the city center. Very good service, very friendly and attentive attitude. They informed us about everything and helped in finding public transport. Finally, it is the perfect dog farmhouse. There is a lot of open space here and they are big animal lovers.

Rustic, quiet and comfortable place in Mojacar
This is a picturesque rural house, just 200 meters from the old town of Mojacar, the staff is very attentive and welcoming, it is located in a very quiet and quiet area. The rooms are beautiful, fresh, spacious and very well equipped. Nice place to get to know Mojacar.

Small cleaning
Good location, friendliness of the owner, the rooms have air conditioning, refrigerator and microwave.
It was dirty, it smelled closed due to poor ventilation, there were spiders and centipedes in the room, the toilet was very small. Stay no more than one night.

The TV was broken and only one cable dangled. In general, the improved aspect of almost everything. The site has great potential, but needs a good reform. A disabled refrigerator on a stool, several old doors and windows, a protruding shelf on some of the arches.

At the entrance, we got a room on the left, too small, but most of all we were embarrassed by the fact that there were spiders in many places, some of them died a long time ago, but were not removed, there were traces of lint and dirt in different places in the room, we didn’t like it at all stay on a farm, luckily Mojácar offers a lot to not go to a hotel, nothing more than dream and run away

I SEE IT IS A LITTLE ACTIVE AGAINST COVID
Well located, on the outskirts of the city, quiet.
I didn't like the premises too old and not caring much about Covid as I don't see the logic in asking me for a mask and the owner received us without a mask when he came to prepare the rooms. Do you prepare rooms without a mask? I have not seen the rooms clean and the only method I have seen against Covid in the rooms is a spray you can use as you wish. You can use a barbecue, but it is dirty and you must leave it clean.

Convenient location and accommodation
Great location, wide view of the valley and mountains, from your own yard, comfortable bed, parking lot, lots of trees and flowering shrubs, very friendly host. Easy to find if you don't listen to google maps. Highly recommended, I will be back.
Wrong directions from google maps like in July to other accommodation in Mojacar. ..completely wrong, such narrow streets that I scratched the car badly every time and could hardly turn. This is not a criticism of the object.

I like the views from the terrace. This is the perfect place if a person really wants to unplug. It has a very equipped and beautiful kitchen. Super comfortable bed. I love it. At night you can see wild boars. The owner is very approachable and friendly. He has two dogs and an enterprising cat😍🥰
Table on the terrace which was very small. But we solved it by connecting the table to another one that was there. Generally decided 🌞

Calmness of the place, clean air of the mountains. It is a charming place.
I liked everything: the surroundings, Philip's attention, the farmhouse itself was very well equipped, with very nice and clean rooms. As a point of improvement, I would put cleaning in the common area (kitchen and outdoor terrace).

Perfect
We stayed with the dog and the owner of the farm is not to blame, this is one of the few places in the area where pets are allowed. The rest of the stay was pleasant: very comfortable bed, large terrace with great views, clean room and bathroom, good location in relation to the city; finally, the owner of the farm is very helpful and ready to help you with everything you need. If we find ourselves in the area, we will repeat.

The property is conveniently located and the owner is very nice, I had problems with dates and changed them without any problem, although I did not pay the change or cancellation surcharge. It is large with a large terrace.
It is not well explained what exactly it is. It is a shared house where you live in a room, share a kitchen, a terrace, etc. (Common areas). The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the kitchen is disgusting, the dishes are dirty and unkempt, there are loose dogs and cats that leave a lot of hair. The sheets are itchy and the windows are covered in cobwebs. The only complaint is cleanliness, otherwise everything is correct.

A very beautiful and lively country. The house is located very close to the historic center, located on a hill.
Stoves and barbecues were not received. Filipe (the tenant of the house) said that this is a temporary condition and that we can use his kitchen (located below). Parking right next to the house, however, on the street.
