Everything is very good.

Extremely rude, offended staff (when handing over the keys we were literally told that HE has a job and is over 15 and therefore doesn't have as much time as we did (there were two of us and both were 29 and they worked) ) - after informing us of the estimated time of arrival, first "may be around 19 hours", but then already 17 hours - although it was said that check-in is possible from 16 hours. In the meantime, we were also asked if we could give the other guests the key so that he doesn't have to come twice. This behavior completely ruined the start of our stay. Apartment 804 is officially booked as a concrete apartment in the Romana Playa complex with sea views - but it is on the ground floor, surrounded by hedges and walls, so the sea is not visible at all. WiFi didn't work - just didn't answer a few calls and emails. The toothbrush cup in the bathroom was completely caked with old toothpaste. All 3 pools were closed - may be understandable in November but was not stated anywhere. Also, all the pools were relatively tightly fenced in, so it didn't look like you could lounge on the sun loungers right by the pool during the summer. We have also addressed these two points in our emails - with no response. The bed is a folding bed, due to the thickness of the mattress there is a gap between the wall and the mattress, so it is not possible to sit up straight, for example, to read in bed. Overall quite a disappointment.

Wi-fi bad. Apartment is on the ground floor without sea view. For three nights the neighbors were quite noisy so we couldn't sleep.
