beautiful place
great apartment with a great terrace. the person who wants an apartment is very nice, he speaks french. The apartment is really very very well located, on the other hand a bit noisy.
there is no air conditioning which is a shame because it is very very hot in summer and therefore we are obliged to leave it open

Magnificent in the center of old Marbella
Functional apartment, well decorated, clean, well equipped and ideally located in the center of old Marbella. Welcome from the owners upstairs, good explanations and very friendly and thanks again for your umbrella 😉
The only thing missing is air conditioning. Information: Apartment on the 3rd floor without elevator

Great location and attention from the owner
The location in the very center of the city, and the whole apartment as a whole, are not without details.
It must be understood that this is the third without an elevator, a building in the historical center, if there are no physical difficulties, then it is worth going up.
