Perfect
Excellent location. The cleaning of the whole house is perfect. All dishes are new. The house is very well maintained, with a lot of details.

A nice and beautiful place to explore the Malpica coastline and its surroundings.
It has details that show the owner's interest in making the stay enjoyable and comfortable: new and very complete kitchen utensils, it has everything, comfortable beds, very clean, lighting details and very good technology with alexes for everyone….
To deliver what I consider necessary to know, the spiral staircase leading to the bedrooms must be known in advance in case an elderly person finds it difficult to raise / lower them. Parking is difficult to access.

La Perla Negra is a great apartment and Angel, its owner, is a great guy. It has everything you need for wellness and 2 large garages. It is next to the magnificent Canido beach, and if you are not accompanied by the weather from the same beach, there are routes from the Costa de la Morte. I would give him an excellent mark.
