Uncomfortable sofa. The pillows were as if they didn't exist, as flat as if they didn't exist. Being on the square with traffic, you can hear a lot, especially in the silence of the night. In addition, in bed it is inconvenient to see the large lighting from the emergency lamp, which is located above the front door to the apartment.

The bathroom smelled bad, there was no water heater and I missed free tea/coffee, a couple of extra pillows, and home delivery flyers, our plane was very late and we didn't know about the delivery because we knew we didn't know the area ?.

The bed makes a lot of noise every time you move and has little stability, the legs dangle a bit. They give only two very thin pillows, which is not at all comfortable for many. The toilet had a strip that said it was disinfected but it had hair on it so we cleaned it ourselves. There is no closet in the room. Parking is not easy, so close to the center, you need to be patient, although this is achieved in the end. You can't leave the lights on when you go sightseeing so the heating or ventilation doesn't work and when you come back it's very cold/hot in the apartment and it's generally inconvenient to wait to feel good in the apartment. . We were cold in December because of this. It takes almost two hours for the floor to reach the right temperature (21°C). The worst part was that they told us that if we arrived after 11 they would charge us an extra 20 euros in cash at that time. We left Madrid at half past three, expecting to arrive at nine or ten. The number of traffic jams and accidents forced us to arrive only 10 minutes before 11 o'clock, so we were not charged, but went, looking at Google Maps, you can check if there are traffic jams or if the person is lying to you. ..
