Small romantic luxury hotel in a great location for hiking in Mahon.

Hotel with charming facilities
Location very central. The rooms are amazing, very beautiful. The room was comfortable, spacious and modern bathroom overlooking the street. The personal attention was excellent. Varied and rich breakfast, except for coffee
I missed the TV in the room. Being a 4 star hotel and even though the influx is decreasing on these dates, I feel that the reception should be closed 24 hours a day. This service must always be provided by a 4-star hotel, whether high or low season.

Excellent stay
We really enjoyed our stay at Can Alberti, it's a quiet and peaceful place. The staff is very caring and makes you feel at home. The hotel is beautiful, decorated with great taste, the room is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Excellent breakfast on the terrace. The staff speaks excellent French. Very nice and pleasant.

Everything, from the moment we walked in, the attention was excellent. The location is perfect, central. The atmosphere is very cozy.
Just say that the lack of parking should make it easier to reserve spaces with public parking. Everything else is perfect.

Very expensive for what they offer
Well, I can't tell you much, because I only saw the terrace-dining room, the waiters and the very pleasant reception.
Well, quite a few things, starting with the fact that they put me in a room on the ground floor next to the hotel entrance (so you could hear it every time someone entered), WITHOUT a TV (in the 21st century), with a bit of a smell of humidity (the truth), and when we had reserved a suite for a very high price so that they gave us said room, a disappointment.

The breakfast was good, however it would have been nice to have a little more choice as it was repetitive. The location is correct well located in the center easy to access The room was nice especially the bathroom Very friendly staff
The rooms downstairs are poorly soundproofed, you can hear people walking on the level above, it's quite unpleasant, especially when you want to rest. There was sand on the floor in the room which we asked to remove and which was removed 2 days later

Short stay and accommodation was close to the center. Unfortunately there was no parking
The breakfast was sufficient and there was fresh fruit. The squeezed orange juice was great.
There was not enough wardrobe and the room was poorly ventilated. It smelled musty.

Very good quality but poor service. Air conditioning in rooms but not in common areas.
Very good quality facilities and finishes. Very good breakfast food. The second room they gave us was very good, but the first one was a loft with a small window at the height of the ceiling and a staircase to the entrance to the room, for 240 euros / night!
Their service is generally unprofessional and with a lot of mistakes: at breakfast there are a lot of mistakes and forgetfulness; they left our room unlocked after cleaning only to find it wide open on our return 7 hours later.

The room I booked smelled musty and you couldn't stay there I asked for change and they gave me a much smaller room on the second floor which didn't match the rate paid but they said it was the only room available. . The one we were given at the beginning was uninhabitable due to smell and humidity, it looked like two patios on the ground floor. in the rooms there is no place in the wardrobes for storing clothes, because they store hotel things: pillows, bathrobes, kettles ..., in fact, I could not unpack. insufficient breakfast, it was not a buffet.

Pedro is the perfect host, incredibly hardworking and offers top notch guest service. He is always available and goes out of his way to make your stay memorable and give helpful tips about the island. The house is incredibly beautiful and very thought out to the smallest detail, great attention is paid to tradition and at the same time modern timeless equipment and very high quality materials. Breakfast classic Menorquin, very selected but very high quality products. Muchas Gracias for this great stay.
The only criticism is that parking spaces are available. There are public parking spaces nearby, but it can happen that you are looking for a parking space for up to 30 minutes, even in pre-season if you have a larger rental car. On the other hand, smaller cars are less of a problem.

Incredible hotel in the heart of Mahon
Best of Mahon We are in love with Menorca, but now in addition to this charming corner of tranquility in the heart of Mahon, Can Alberti. We know many hotels and we must say that we have rarely been treated the way we were in Can Alberti. Of the 3-4 most luxurious hotels in the city, this is the most pleasant. We look at ratings and comments before choosing a hotel and we can't help but mention the unfairness of a comment we read recently. The charming staff cares about the well-being of their guests and was attentive to the smallest detail both in the room and in the common areas of the hotel. Cleanliness for 10! Breakfast, a real delight, both product and service. There is a Honesty bar with soft drinks, beer and wine from the island, which we thought was a great opportunity to enjoy the sunset over an aperitif with the utmost exclusivity and intimacy. We can only recommend it! oh! And the massage was the icing on the cake! We can't wait to be back in October!

Location Small terrace for breakfast interior design Huge breakfast and multiple choices (choice yes, but some foods are not very good. For example, pastries, cold cuts)
Ultra noisy room. We were on the first floor, a room under the interior of the breakfast room. Woke up from the noise of chairs from 8:30. Very dark room and minimalist lighting No sightseeing tips, no restaurant tips. (no city map)

Second time I visit this establishment. The hotel, built in the 18th century, is very beautiful and well located in Mahon. The breakfast is very good and plentiful (fresh fruit, pastries, cold cuts...) and the staff are charming and speak French.

In love with Gian Alberti.
We found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. They were very helpful in giving us recommendations. The hotel has a lot of charm, is perfectly decorated and looks pretty clean. Finally, I have to say that the breakfast is totally recommended and the lady who serves it is heaven.
The only thing that can be improved is coffee.

Beautiful home and top notch service
Magnificent Menorcan residence, the charm of which has been fully preserved. An excellent breakfast is served at a table in the beautiful patio. Customer service is top notch: although we only stayed at this hotel for one night, they took care of us and it's charming to find us a rental car for a week's stay. Also, after our very late arrival in the evening, the instructions left to enter the room were very clear and friendly.
The room is a little dark and adjoins the breakfast room so it's a bit noisy in the morning… I don't think we had the best room but that's understandable as we only had one night.

Charm, comfort and small flaws
Very well located, the staff is charming, smiling, professional and active. WiFi is available if you want to make a call or watch TV or listen to music because the concept of this establishment is to allow disconnection as I was told.
A certain lack of equipment. No care and hygiene products, except for what is strictly necessary. (No sewing kit or nail file,…) No TV, phone in the rooms and mobile phone reception is average… The friendliness of the staff slightly compensates for the lack of soundproofing. I don't doubt their willingness to fix it. The hotel has been taken over and is undergoing a makeover.

Very family run boutique hotel
This is a small boutique hotel in the center of Mahon. Very good location. Very close and personal customer service. A full and very rich breakfast prepared at the moment by the hotel staff, although not overly varied.
We stayed 3 nights and one of them when we got back to the hotel in the afternoon the room was not cleaned although when we mentioned it they did it as soon as possible.

An excellent hotel housed in a typical Menorcan building, restored and tastefully decorated. The staff are very charming and offer quality service, the breakfast is excellent and very generous. Restored historic city palace
Historic atmosphere. Tastefully renovated into a comfortable hotel. The rooms are large and very nicely decorated. Central location in the historical center. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The manager is very friendly.
The air conditioner was broken, so we were offered another room (No. 7): unfortunately with a very sloping roof, because of which we had to bend over to the bed. Our new room didn't have a locker either, but we were allowed to use a locker in an unoccupied room. The breakfast formula is rather limited: the day before, you have to mark on the list what you want for breakfast, and you will be served exactly what you need. Then opt for a buffet with a choice of your choice. For older people, a large number of stairs can be a problem (not all rooms can be accessed by elevator).

Reading the ad, one would have assumed that parking was available, but it wasn't. Parking spaces are far away and therefore impractical.

They provided us with a car company that we had booked at casa alberti and voluntarily and for an additional fee they offered us to stay at hotes ses bruixes and to be honest very accommodating and the staff very attentive. Let's repeat!!!!!

We really liked the modern renovation, done with great taste, in a classic building with quality materials.
It lacks the heat in the environment and the control of cold and humidity in the rooms, since only the heat conditioner works, the radiators did not work.

Perfect stay in Mahon
The hotel is located in the city center, this is a beautifully restored mansion, furnished and decorated with great taste. The breakfast is sensational, very varied, in addition to the "normal" things there are traditional Menorcan dishes. We really liked the staff. Lucia at the front desk is very helpful, recommended restaurants, gave us shopping tips or just talked to us and told us something about Menorca. The two ladies who take care of breakfast and rooms are also very friendly and welcoming.

Great hotel right in the center. Good numbers. Rooftop terrace overlooking the city and harbor.
The mattresses in our room were a bit uncomfortable. Unfortunately no solution was offered. Attention a lot of stairs in the house.

Feel pampered in Mahon

The hotel does not have private parking and in August it is not easy to find a parking space in the center of Mahon, the only drawback.
