Exceptional option
The attention of the staff was magnificent. And the à la carte breakfast, a very good option to have a freshly made breakfast.

Clean, modern downtown hotel
The breakfast was varied and very good. We ordered way too much. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The location was perfect for strolling and close to the port. You could drive right in front of the hotel to unload your suitcase.
We had to walk about 800 m to the free parking lot.

Very nice and comfortable.
Staff very attentive and accommodating. They can book taxi and massage for you and really try to accommodate you. The breakfast is good and all you can eat. The hotel is ideally located in Mahon, really in the tourist heart and at the same time in a quiet street. Right next to the hotel is the best bakery one has ever made.

The breakfast was very good. You could tick what you would like to eat on a list. Everything was prepared with great care and served politely. A quiet pleasant atmosphere for breakfast. Despite our late arrival, the reception was manned and we were greeted in a very friendly and courteous manner. Questions regarding bus connections, etc. were answered very nicely and politely and printouts, etc. were made. The location of the hotel is excellent. To go on excursions or to be out and about in the city. A small minus was that no windows can be opened. But the ventilation system was very good and not uncomfortable! Overall, the stay in this house was very pleasant and we would definitely book there again.

The brightness of the air conditioning was annoying at night There is a communicating door (closed) between 2 bedrooms which means that the soundproofing was almost zero between these 2 bedrooms (people were talking very loudly and it was really annoying)

Great address!
The hotel is very well located, very charming. Friendly and welcoming staff, attentive and helpful. Great personalized breakfast!! There is also a relaxation area with a shower for those who leave in the evening after a day at the beach :)
Nothing to complain about other than no parking but we knew that when we went there. You may just miss the air conditioner remote control and the trash can in the room, but that's it!

Perfect place.
This is an ideal location in the heart of Mahon. Comfortable and comfortable and with great detail. Bedding, bed linen and towels of excellent quality, as well as personal hygiene products. The kindness and closeness of Paki and Esther make you feel right at home. A hotel to return to.
Everything was fine, but ... what can I say, you need a place for smokers. And… maybe coffee and tea in the room.

Fiction. How to feel at home and pamper yourself.
Room with all amenities. Large bathroom with shower, entrance hall with a small living room, sofa, desk and TV for relaxing and a very spacious bedroom with a really comfortable and large bed. Breakfast full of all the delicacies of this place, also thanks to Mrs. Paki, always friendly and helpful. Possibility of parking about 300 meters from the structure for an additional fee.
Nothing special. This is a detail. For example, there is no way to open the windows, so you have to use the air conditioner when you need it.

I will definitely return to this hotel! and to Menorca
Very good location! Very quiet but at the same time full of places to eat. Much better than Ciutadella de Menorca. The hotel is very good, although the room is small, it has everything you need and is modern. The spa is also very complete. We really liked the hotel and we chose the Mahon area to stay.
We had a room very close to the reception so it was noisy at times. But it also overlooked the courtyard, so it was light and calm.

Lovely hotel
We were 1 night and they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. incredibly friendly staff. Delicious breakfast and thanks to May and Maite's explanations we already know that everything is made from local products.

Very pleasant stay in the city center
We liked the guide and Mar is very dedicated to our stay, she even accompanied us to find the hotel parking which was not easy to find, especially with the local police who blocked many streets due to the march into the city.

Great hotel in Mahon
Warm welcome from Madame Paki Fernandez. A very approachable and helpful person. We spent a very pleasant night in a beautiful, functional, comfortable and nicely decorated room. The breakfast was of excellent quality, we thank the young lady who prepared it. The hotel is very well located on a quiet street in the city center, which allowed us to explore the city on foot. We will definitely return. Thanks again to Madame Paki Fernandez.

Right, but we didn't like the allocated room
The room meets minimum requirements and the bathroom was very spacious in our room. Carol notes a very good reception. The location is central and close to inexpensive municipal car park which was very convenient for us.
Our room was somewhat small and located on the first floor, next to the reception and with windows facing the street (one of them had a bar), which created noise both inside and outside and gave a feeling of a little privacy.

Good and practical hotel in the center of Mahon
Check in and communication were very good. The hotel is very well located, close to everything. The room was comfortable and very clean. Silent air conditioning and good amenities.
It was noisy in my room. Any noise from the street is reflected inside. I noticed that the windows were of poor quality and no noise protection was installed. The acoustics of the hotel are also sophisticated. Any noise or person walking up the stairs is heard. This is not a hotel to sleep in silence.

Location and breakfast.
The room was very small (very very very small). The window gave us a view of a very small courtyard and the window could not be opened to ventilate the room. Parking is far from the hotel.

We enjoyed my partner's big birthday at the port and at the Sant Roc & Spa boutique hotel. The hotel is ideally located between the harbor and the upper part of the old town, with an absolutely hospitable and competent staff. We felt very comfortable! Everything was very clean and modern. Nothing is missing.

This is a good hotel, very friendly to everyone. I understand it's not possible to use the spa due to the pandemic but they should charge less if they have one or communicate it before it's booked because we also booked it thinking we'd be using it . Small room but nice and comfortable bed. I miss the price that the bathroom has some other details like body lotion, hair conditioner typical of a 4-5 star hotel. From the breakfast, which is very correct, I miss the fresher and local product as they say they offer (mostly glass cola, which is not available, it is ciabatta from the supermarket and some crosses that are not freshly made, also from the supermarket. Thank you

The area is central (Machon city), impossible to park, they have a park for 4 cars 5' from the hotel (problem if there are 4 rooms occupied by 4 cars), look for another hotel. Another thing that annoyed me was that I was told that at 11.30 I had to leave the hotel (my room) I could not do Czech late Cause: your room is given to another client ... I looked at the booking and they had free numbers for many rooms, this is a tactic that those of us who go to the hotel every week know (and it doesn't look good) The room, although tiny and without a view (correctly without excess) Pool theme: no (we already knew that) so not recommended if you are traveling with kids. SPA x COVID you can't enter (COVID closes services well and definitely charges the same fee)

Charming boutique hotel
We liked that it had a lot of charm, that it was decorated with great taste, that the room was very comfortable, perfect for relaxing, that they took care of all the details (including covid prevention measures) and, above all, that the staff received treatment (Paki the best!!!) everyone is very attentive, cordial and friendly. Will definitely repeat!!
To say something, given that this is a boutique hotel, perhaps I would change something for breakfast (freshly squeezed orange juice or another kind of bread).

If you appreciate details, good taste in decoration and friendliness of the staff, then this is your hotel. It is in the heart of Mahon and everything here is new and very tastefully decorated. Undoubtedly the best thing is the attitude of the staff, attentive and always ready to help, they gave us very good recommendations. The breakfast is very good, varied and high quality.
Too bad the Spa wasn't open but that was due to the precautions to be taken due to Covid.

The best thing about the hotel is the quality of the rooms. The bed is very comfortable, they are completely soundproof and everything is very clean. The hotel staff are wonderful, they treated us with all the kindness in the world, they recommended restaurants and places to visit, as well as historical information about the area.

Great find, we'll be back
What we liked the most was the friendliness and attitude of the staff, as well as the comfort of the room (very comfortable bed, no noise, everything is very clean, etc.). We were upgraded to a room category due to availability. As for breakfast, you had a lot of variety to choose from and it was very good.
The only thing we can say is the distance to the parking, it's only a 10 minute walk (very well explained how to get there) but this is understandable due to the hotel's great location (in the center) and the fact that it's not easy to find parking.

Unforgettable stay in a very good hotel
The truth is, everything is great. Breakfast, accommodation, staff. Very good hotel, very central. Very helpful staff, especially Paki at the front desk, very attentive to everything we need and trying to help us with everything. They take care of booking a taxi for you, they advise you. Very nice, like everyone else. The rooms are well soundproofed, you can't hear anything. In short, we are very satisfied with our stay and if we return to Menorca we will definitely return to this hotel. Thanks to all the staff and especially Paki.

Everything is fine!
We will repeat every time we go to Mahon. First of all, comment on the excellent staff of this hotel. They are all very friendly, polite, they make you feel right at home and their recommendations are great! Regarding the measures they had to take due to Covid, I can say that they are taking everything to the letter. Who doubts to switch off for a few days due to the situation we are in right now, I can tell you that you can be very calm! They try to take care of the smallest details. Breakfast with all quality products and km0 so I can't say more than; try it!!! There is a wide variety of sweet, savory, fruity... The location couldn't be more perfect, it's to get out and find everything in one step! Thank you for letting us check out later, for the details in the room and for your attention.

EVERYTHING IS EXCEPTIONAL, like the staff, facilities, location, breakfast, etc.
A very good choice. 100% desirable. Extraordinary staff: courteous, friendly, attentive, responsible, well aware of the health measures against COVID19 anywhere in the hotel. Of particular note is the meticulous care they give to breakfast and the maintenance of safe distances for which they give you the choice of changing breakfast. Well maintained facilities, with great charm and class. The whole hotel has a relaxing atmosphere. Great location, next to Constitution Square and City Hall, from where you can walk anywhere. Numerous restaurants, bars and shops very close by. We were delighted, my partner and I, everyone. We will repeat if we are lucky enough to return to Mahon. THEY MAKE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE, SAFE AND FAMILY.
The staff, made up of several enterprising women, were very helpful and accommodating, to the point that I felt like family. Experienced women in the hospitality industry with a lot of experience have made this accommodation something very close and special. Especially for couples and single people and families. They were always aware of hygiene during these special moments of the pandemic and the safety I felt was very high. Highly recommended.

Amazing site
The accommodation is very good, actually better than what you see in the pictures. Cleanliness deserves special attention, incredibly clean and due to the current situation (Covid) we felt safe and comfortable all the time, brilliant job. The location is perfect, it's in the city center and easy access to everywhere. The extraordinary staff, both the director and the receptionist, made sure we were comfortable and were very attentive and professional. Local breakfast, homemade and very rich, what we liked is that everything was personalized. 100% recommended and we will be back for our next stay in Menorca.

The comfort of bed linen. Bathroom and quality products. Nearby spa center with an excellent offer of services (sauna, hammam and jacuzzi)
Suite with a rather modest area in the end (the price is a bit high for the service). One of the two receptionists looked unfriendly, rather cold but efficient.

Location in the city center, warm welcome at the hotel, pressure in the shower (rare!), comfortable beds, calm and good soundproofing, decoration and stone walls.
The toilets are not separated from the bathroom, there is no Bluetooth speaker in the room (as yet listed in the hotel brochures), the spa is on reservation and the water in the jacuzzi is not hot enough.

Very good and comfortable hotel. Attention to detail (greatly appreciated brown brown foods; bose cash desk etc.) Very comfortable room even if small in size. Extremely refined and comfortable environment. I didn't have time to try the spa but I think it was on a good level.
Perhaps I would expand the range of products available for breakfast (very accurate and good quality) by also specifying which express dish (e.g. scrambled eggs)

Small but good hotel in the center of Mahon
Boutique Hotel Sant Roc & Spa is a small but pleasant hotel in the heart of Mahon. It is divided into two buildings and is located near the church of Santa Maria de Mahon. Rooms are modernly furnished and quiet. The staff were very friendly throughout the stay. We didn't use the spa. The breakfast buffet was rich. Overall highly recommended.
There is no hotel parking. If you come by car, you will have to look for a place to park. Parking everywhere in the center is paid.

Pleasant and comfortable stay
The location, the decor, the comfort of the beds, the quality of the towels, sheets, bathrobes and the friendliness of the staff.
The soundproofing of the rooms we stayed in is not good, as they are connected by a door, everything that happens in the next room was clearly audible.
