Too bad it was very noisy last night. With people talking in the corridor and slamming doors until midnight. Then it started again from 4 to 5 in the morning. We were supposed to have a living room, which didn't exist, and also a washing machine, which also didn't. So less benefits than expected.

The apartment is a little dated and a little limited in terms of equipment (lights in the windows, no coffee maker, no colander).

Very confusing and inconvenient to have parking on one street, reception on another and apartment on another. I was looking for a hotel room for a couple and two kids and thought that was what I was hiring, however when we arrived we found out we were given an apartment on the other street. It's not very far from the reception, but when you arrive, tired from the trip, overwhelmed by the traffic of Madrid (or rather Central Madrid), with children, suitcases, not knowing the area, etc. the last thing you want to do is go look the parking lot, then the hotel reception, and then your apartment, adding that the elevator doesn't go to the floor of the apartment, so you have to carry your bags by hand. The price is for a hotel room, not for an apartment. I also didn't like that we had to leave a deposit.

To be in the fact that this is an apartment, we miss the small details. Drainer. Rag for the kitchen. Towel hanger. If you cook on the stove, there is no smoke extraction. And it already tasted like a pillow too thick.

The truth is that if it wasn't for the strong smell of sewage in the bathroom and the absence of a mirror outside the bathroom somewhere, so if there are 5 people, some of them might gather outside... otherwise everything is fine , Really!

It seems excessive to me to pay 30 euros to arrive twenty minutes after 22:00 to collect the key, drive from Seville for five and a half hours non-stop and on a very rainy day, bearing in mind that we could use the apartment from 14 :00 and not being able to arrive earlier for work reasons, so no apartment expenses were incurred (neither electricity nor water). I think that in this case he could be more flexible or pay less for the delay.

The reception where we collect the keys is 3 blocks away and we had to climb a whole flight of stairs to get to the apartment. The room we booked had a very thin double mattress, we asked to change it and luckily there was a spare room so we were changed.
