A comfortable apartment for a short stay of 8 people
The location is close to the city center, excellent bathrooms, the apartment was very organized. Suitable for three couples and 2 more children
The air conditioner is noisy and it is difficult to carry the luggage up the stairs (it was known that there is no elevator)

Excellent apartment in a central location, comfortable, equipped with air conditioning in all rooms!!! The owner of the apartment is charming and ready to help at any time.
A beautiful apartment, large enough for 10 people, air-conditioned and located in the center, we had a great time.

Everything: furnishings, finishes, cleanliness of premises, equipment, flexibility of our guests and their availability!
When we arrived, the apartment was not heated, flushing the toilet in the bathroom did not work, but otherwise everything was great!

Beware of Cash Payment Scams

We felt cheated with the price because we didn’t realize when booking (because it wasn’t clearly stated) that there was an additional charge of € 8 per person per night. I find it FATAL that Booking allows this sort of thing. I travel a lot and it has NEVER happened to me that the night before arriving at the hotel they send me a WhatsApp "reminding me" of the amount they were sure we didn’t know we had to pay because they put its small print. Even Booking doesn't indicate this clearly enough when it sends you a booking confirmation, which only shows the price you pay through Booking and not what they ask you later in cash !!!! Heating (DEC) was turned off and the owner took 48 of the 72 hours we stayed. The solution was to buy 5 heaters, of which we were able to connect only 2 because the fuses were blown. The house is designed for 10 people, but the table setting was meager (a few glasses and cups). The drain in one of the showers did not drain the water well. I think they should look up the meaning of LUXURY in a dictionary. Bad experience that will undoubtedly affect my relationship with Booking if I play with hosts like this.

A very nice stay.
The apartment is in a great location, communication with the owner is established, everything you need is in the apartment. There were 9 of us and we had a great time.

Beautiful design, renovation Convenient location near the metro La Plaza Mayor and La Latina. Comfortable beds Good welcome and access to owner via WhatsApp Ideal for 8 people
Some kitchen utensils are still missing.

A modern and well furnished building as shown in the photos.
It was very difficult to constantly receive messages from different employees on different phone numbers of the property. In addition, even though they were 6 years old, they wanted 10 tourist taxes in cash, more than 100 euros, simply because the apartment can accommodate 10 people. It was also frustrating to find that the taxi from the airport has a flat rate of € 30, and because of owning a discounted apartment, we paid € 55 !! So the controls are not transparent, not relaxing.

We had very good contact with the person who was waiting for us there to give us the key. The hosts arranged for us a transfer from / to the airport and were ready to answer any questions. Initially, we could leave the key in the apartment and use the "late check-out", since the apartment was not rented after us (for a fee, but it is still very noticeable).
2 out of 4 rooms were a little noisy at night (windows are open) due to the road, but it is difficult to be in the center without noise.
