Colony Apartment
Location and price.
It's not clean and it's old, old. Old curtains. It is for children and young people from neighborhoods.

A short and very simple stay.:
The cleaning was not adequate in relation to the quality and price, just as there were no cloths, towels or shampoo. The fridge was small.

pleasant quiet stay
large, very bright apartment, especially on the 3rd floor, nice swimming pool. quiet area, large beach and shops nearby. parking space in front of the door.
cleanliness to improve. sofa and table to renew. a good flight of stairs, but it's good for your health!

Passable to go with friends but not with family
Location and treatment of staff
It is a very neglected apartment, neither the sofa nor the beds were comfortable, I sleep anywhere and I don't usually have back problems, because with the 2 nights that we have stayed it seems that they have given us a beating. The shower faucet is not maintained and, despite the fact that we were 2 and a 1-year-old baby, they sent us to the fourth floor and it is an apartment without an elevator.

It can be greatly improved
Proximity of everything
1) We found cigarette butts under the beds, a sign that they had not been cleaned... 2) Household items are missing 3) the tv is old 4) the beds are very uncomfortable 5) there is a bed in the middle of the hall 6) I think that a 7) There are no mosquito nets or blinds, we had an apartment at street level and from it you could see the entire apartment. I think that a modernization of the apartment and a thorough cleaning would not hurt.
