Very good apartment near the old town
It was very comfortable and spacious. The treatment was very good and the location excellent since in a few minutes you could reach the old town. The treatment received has been very good and having a garage in it is a point in favor.
The blind in one of the rooms didn't work and I couldn't get it down.

The location, the facilities, the conservation of the property, having parking.
Being older adults, it was very inconvenient to have to go up to the rooms with everything and suitcases, uffff... But to go down and go up to the bathroom every so often, it was worse Having an integrated bathroom per room is quality of life... Suggestion: Remodeling the upstairs bathroom and adapting another bathroom in the same space, it is a very large bathroom, in my opinion inoperative, the downstairs bathroom is only social, it does not work for the second bedroom. It will be necessary to adapt a mini internal elevator, the elderly suffer with the stairs

Lots of space, well maintained. 10-15 minutes walk from the center. Parking no problem. Good communication and advice from the hostess. Good beds.
The skylights did not stay open properly, making it difficult for the bedrooms to cool.

Apartment with everything you need to spend a few days. Well located, in a quiet area near the center. We were allowed to check in a few hours earlier than planned.
Very hot on the top floor where the rooms are. There is a fan, but it is small and very noisy.

Very well located, close to the center. Very spacious and comfortable. It was very easy to get the keys thanks to the instructions of the staff who are very friendly and will answer any questions you may have. The garage is also very good.

Adequate quality-price
The location was quite close to the center (about 10-12 minutes); the apartment was spacious and clean as well as proper utensils, toilet and cleaning. Garage plus and very correct sized area (direct lift). Good indications and tourist information, pleasant treatment.
Excessively hot apartment, especially on the top floor (bedrooms). There is a fan, but it can be used occasionally (all these devices are very noisy).

Very good stay in Leon.
Location: very good, 10 minutes walk from the cathedral, in a quiet and easy to park area. Cleanliness: Everything is very clean. The capacity of the apartment: spacious rooms, two bathrooms (one on each floor).
Since the house had central heating, it was a bit hot even though the radiators were off and the windows had to be opened from time to time.

Spacious bathrooms, cozy and well equipped house, clean and comfortable beds, close to the old town and convenient parking.
the only downside is you have to wait until 4pm to get in and one of the blinds didn't work.

Perfect apartment if you only plan to use it for sleeping
Location of the apartment.
Furniture in general leaves much to be desired (old and in poor condition). Communication with the owner leaves much to be desired, after almost a week I'm still waiting for a response. Just the right utensils.

Very spacious apartment. Two large beds in the rooms. It had everything. Two bathrooms, one with a shower, the other with a bathtub. This is a large apartment, 10 minutes from the center, also with a parking space and a supermarket downstairs.
We couldn't lower the curtains in the twin room.

The house is great, big, clean and very warm. With everything you might need. very nice owner. Location next to the old part, which allows you not to use the car. Below and next to it there is free parking and a supermarket.

Cultural visit and great scenery

This is a spacious, comfortable place with all services in close proximity and one step from the center and the auditorium of Leon. It is heated and the main bed is comfortable. Overall, I had a good experience.
The apartment is very nice, very spacious and comfortable, of the minuses I would say that there were no pans (at least I did not see them), so I could not cook in the apartment. The cleanliness was not great, it was not a dirty place and the TV was very old.

The apartment is a duplex with two bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom upstairs. and a garage with direct access to the lift and the apartment. Quiet area with a supermarket next to the portal and a quarter of an hour walk to the cathedral.
Access to the site is slightly difficult if the user of the adjacent site incorrectly leaves his car.

The accommodation is good, especially the top floor of a duplex with two bedrooms and a bathroom ... the beds are very comfortable ... spacious and comfortable living room ... kitchen and utensils are a little spoiled and with a bad smell in the room, I can't tell which one ... but what Well ... the owner was flexible in checking in, although we were late, although warned in advance on my part. It has a private garage, an important aspect.
The ad is misleading ... all the emails I received after booking said that the accommodation was on Calle Conde Peña RAMIRO ... the best street in Leon ... and it is not, it is on Calle 19 October in standard León area, 10 minutes walk from the humid area, that is also central ... but not on the banks street and Zaras de León ... this information was not corrected until arriving in the Conde Peña RAMIRO street, the owner tells me that he's not there ... he tells me he should have read the fine print or something ... I didn't like it ... I pay over 100 euros a night, not me I'm on the best street Leona ... for an advertisement made for this purpose ... Also a welcome bottle of water that all the hosts leave in the fridge for guests, in this case it was on the kitchen terrace next to the mop, broom and vacuum cleaner ... and that will there be a plan? There was a kettle and coffee, but no sugar ... everything was the same, we managed to drink coffee every day ... This is a nice accommodation, not far from the wet area, but it is not worth the € 100 per night I paid.

Our attention was drawn to the cleanliness. Below it is the Froid supermarket, which is great for oblivion. It is not in the center, so there is no noise here, but you can walk to the center (a nice little walk). You have a toaster, coffee maker, shampoo, gel, oil, vinegar ... Several city guides in the apartment. Underground parking included.
In the duplex, if you have small children who are already walking, you need to be careful with the stairs. The tub in the upstairs bathroom didn't drain well and was quite slippery. We informed the owner of this and he thanked us for it.

The apartment is spacious, very bright and sunny. Highlight its location just outside the center of Leon. In his favor there is a garage space in the building itself with a direct lift to the apartment.
One of the areas for improvement is the cleanliness of the apartment, especially the kitchen and electrical appliances, and the lack of kitchen utensils.

Very nice stay
Great place to park and walk, spacious house with wifi and a very comfortable bed. They allowed us to leave the car in the parking lot on the last day in order to spend more time. It was not necessary to use the kitchen, although it apparently had everything you needed. Before arriving, they sent us very accurate information about tourism, restaurants and recreation. We'll be back as soon as we can.
The only thing that influenced us a little was that the curtain was damaged and we were warned before arrival that it could not be repaired because of the holiday, but it was not too annoying, it can be fixed.

Everything. Judging by the phone call with the owner, the kind face of the person we made us wait for our arrival, and he treated us wonderfully, providing us with all the amenities. The site is a five minute walk from the wet area, no noise, etc. Highly recommended for those looking to visit the city.
