Good location and very helpful staff

The bathroom was not very clean. There were works and from 07:30 in the morning it was impossible to have a good rest.

the bathroom light has a timer and either stays on too long at night or too little when you shower.

Great, we'll be back
The apartment is beautiful and comfortable, it has everything you need for living! The kitchen is open, beautiful and modern, equipped with everything you need, a fridge big enough to store the week's groceries, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. We loved that in addition to the coffee capsules you left us 2 typical Canarian biscuits which made us fans. The living room is cozy and the TV is big, we brought a FireTV and continued to watch Netflix series and movies, we don't know if they had cable channels because we don't need it. Super wide sofa. The location couldn't be better, 3 blocks from Las Canteras beach and 3 blocks from a mall with a supermarket, Chinese food, bars, cafes, restaurants nearby. We came by bus from the airport, everything was cheap because the bus station is 2 blocks away, no car or taxi. Everything was right for 8 days, in addition to the air conditioning which made us feel pampered before going to bed after a few hours in the sun and what we liked the most was the attitude of the staff, always ready to solve and make the stay more comfortable though they are not online 24 hours. We had to check out very early and were overwhelmed where to leave the keys and all and they answered our mail very quickly even though it was a holiday. Without a doubt we will repeat and recommend.
What can they improve to get 10: 1) The most important thing is the bathroom. The shower tray is not sloped so that the water runs from one end and avoids the wells, this gave us a headache. The door also doesn't close properly and there is a pool outside that needs to be cleaned every day. The rug helps but it doesn't dry well, luckily they left us a mop which was very absorbent and we helped ourselves. 2) Responsible use of light. The apartment has beautiful and large windows through which you can get a lot of sunlight if they have curtains (even if they are Chinese). Being on the 2nd floor and having an open parking lot in front of it that people were looking at, we decided to have privacy and always lowered the blinds, always had to depend on artificial light, a big shame! But you always prefer the privacy of your home. These are suggestions in our humble opinion, however they did not interfere with our stay, we had a great time and would definitely repeat.

Relaxation, fun and comfort.
That they let us stay a few more hours at check out was very good for us not to worry about bags before going to the airport. It is very central, there are many terraces where you can have breakfast, lunch, dinner or a drink, as well as places for parties, and Las Canteras beach is just around the corner. Impressive location, very good soundproofing and very comfortable bed. In addition to the very good and collaborative treatment of the staff. 100% recommended.
The shower is a bit narrow and water flows when you shower.
