Holiday from a heavenly point of view
very nice unobstructed view of the royal monkey rock, small beach next door, fully equipped small apartment with washing machine and all the decoration, it's great to drink wine by candlelight in the evening on the balcony, but the border of the balcony is about 1m and you can get out of the Creature on the road on 12 floors, friendly caretaker and many helpful friends in the house!
Location on the main street (traffic), shops a bit far away, handover of keys and contacts only impersonally via mobile, otherwise nothing to complain about due to the price

Unforgettable days
The apartment has a beautiful view at any time of the day. The place was in very good condition and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Mila is a very pleasant hostess and was always very attentive. I highly recommend it!! I will definitely be back.

Simple studio with fantastic views in a mediocre area.
The view is fantastic. The owner answered questions quickly. Registration went smoothly. Gibraltar is within walking distance. Free parking in front of the door.
The apartment is simply furnished. Upon entering, there was a smell of smoke. The bathroom had a sewer smell. There was nothing special in the area. It was at least a 20 minute walk to restaurants. The road in front of the apartment is very busy, so you can't sit comfortably on the balcony.

I will never return
Nice view although the windows were poorly positioned. Very disappointed.
Works in the building from 8:30 to the weekend. With a hammer. On the day of check out the lift was not working, they only have 1 because the other one is always broken. We had to go up and down from the 12th floor about 3 times with suitcases. Catastrophe, torture, we don't rest at all. I will never return to these apartments. Bathroom with 1 socket and many defects.

Great apartment with fantastic views!
The view from the apartment is indescribably beautiful! Excellent bus connections, parking, washing machine, extra pillows and blankets, easy transfer, even a small table on the balcony, great sunsets - all information is correct! Any time!!!

Dream holiday
Comfortable studio, spacious, well equipped, well located (breathtaking view), well soundproofed, well furnished. Parking on site. Very nice and uncomplicated host. Exceptional value for money.
We need to add a second nightstand with a bedside lamp to the right of the double bed and consider the main lighting that dazzles when you sit on the couch. And give additional explanations on the operation of the TV and induction cooker. But these are details that can range from 99.999% to 100%. + :)

Grand view as a highlight
The view from the 12th floor of Gibraltar, Spain and with any luck even Africa is the absolute highlight of this apartment. The equipment shows a desire to provide everything you need, the layout and equipment are useful and practical. The contact with the hostess was uncomplicated and helpful.
The building as a whole is not in good condition, the surroundings are not very attractive, many things in the apartment also seemed pretty worn and, on closer inspection, not always completely clean.

Ideal for exploring the area, just off the highway. Wonderful views of Gibraltar and the Gulf of Algeciras. Comfortable apartment with everything you need.
The house is a bit old, but everything in the apartment is in perfect condition and clean.

Pretty neat
Everything was great, 12th floor overlooking Gibraltar, great view. But sleeping with the window open is impossible, at least for me the noise of the traffic was simply too loud even at this height.

Surprisingly good! Loved it!
The accommodation is impeccable, the hostess was super friendly from the first moment, allowing for an excellent experience. I highly recommend it, the loft was extremely clean, with everything you can imagine for a complete stay. The price is quite good for the amenities and comfort offered. I loved everything!
There is nothing to complain about.
